Bike lock keys and access to tools are provided onsite. PARKING: There are two off-street designated, stacked parking spaces along the left side of the driveway. We can accommodate two large vehicles, think ¾ ton pickup trucks with sled decks or one truck and trailer. It doesn’t get cold in Revy very often, but we’ve provided block heater extension cords, just in case. Interaction with guestsAspen Adventure House is managed by Latitude 51 Properties. Latitude 51 Properties staff, Cristin and Atli, are available to help with anything you need during your stay. Scott, the homeowner, and his son Doug live in the main house and play in the mountains. Relax on the patio or at the beach on Shuswap lake which is less than 10 minutes to walk to. Close to at least 5 world class golf course and numerous wineries. Suite is only 3 years old with stainless 3 year old appliances and furniture. We do live upstairs so this is not a whole house. The suite is at the height of the tree tops so the view from the patio is breath taking. We always stay in short term rentals when travelling so have used our experiences to try to create the best experience in our rental. We are a 5 min drive to Larch Hills Winery. You can also hike or bike there.Nordic ski trails are open all year for hikes, cross country or snowshoeing. You will often see horses enjoying these same trails. Located a 12 min drive away.Canoe beach and Gardom Lake are a 15 min drive. Gardom lake is best known for watching many turtles and birds taking in the sun.
