First of all, the hotel is historical, suitable for taking pictures, and the pool is good. Now talking about the disadvantages, the power supply in the room is very unreasonable, you need to use a large plug-in board (provided by the hotel), the bedding is too old, the bed is a bit collapsed, and it will ring when it turns over! And the most unbearable are crows and mosquitoes! Too many mosquitoes. I was awakened in the middle of the night and asked for mosquito coils at the front desk. Eating breakfast is more scary. Sitting in the house is too dim. Sitting outside and biting mosquitoes to coax the crow! Hurry up for breakfast and each person was bitten by five or six bales! Still sprayed with insect repellent! The crow fell on the back of his chair twice! Experience the worst breakfast ever! The hotel restaurant and lounge are very beautiful, it is recommended to have a drink and take a picture, not recommended if staying

The hotel is not big, just like domestic boutique hotels. It is very clean and tidy. The junior suite I booked was very comfortable and the bathroom was oversized! The front desk brother is very good and always smiles! Location is also good, walking distance from Colombo Museum!

Manipati Hotel in Colombo, an old house built in 1906, was once the private residence of the Correa family. Stepping into the hotel, it feels like traveling through time and space, and deeply appreciates the texture polished by time. The hotel cleverly retains the original colonial architectural details and historical and cultural atmosphere. The hotel has only a few rooms, and my room was unexpectedly upgraded with a small garden. A chair and a small coffee table in the corner became a good place for me to read. In the morning, squirrels jumped between the trees, green parrots played on the white walls, and I enjoyed a quiet time in the swimming pool in front of the door. Thank you!

The hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooftop had a great view of the ocean. The rooftop pool was also great. The exterior is a business hotel, but the inside is quite stylish and clean. The room wasn't luxurious, but it was clean, functional, and comfortable. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the surrounding area. Using a ride-hailing app made it easy to get around. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. I don't know any other hotels in Sri Lanka, so I'm comparing it to other countries, but I don't think it was worth the price for a hotel of this price. Especially the quality... I'd like to know if other guests were satisfied.
