The place is very untidy. The staff is rude. The toilets are very narrow and despite that, they have installed very large basins. Toilet ventilation is open to the room, due to that room being ****ty and smelly. Do not recommend this place. It says room cleaning everyday, but during our 4 days of stay they did not clean even once.

特別安い訳でもないのに
不潔過ぎる部屋
ゴキブリが出たので部屋を変えてくれましたが
変わった部屋がおしっこ臭
トイレならまだしも部屋の中がおしっこ臭だったので
寝れないと思い、すぐにチェックアウトしました
スタッフさんの対応は悪くなかったですよ

シーツは、黒ずんでいます。シャワー室は、洗面台下から排水が床に漏れて来て汚いです。エレベーターや廊下も汚いです。朝食付きで宿泊しましたが、レストランのスペースは無く、500スリランカリラを渡され近所のパン屋で食事して来いと言われましたがパン2個で650リラでした。

The only good things about this place are its location and internet. Rooms have no windows, so it’s really uncomfortable to get up in the dark and being constantly exposed to the noise of a fan. Not really clean, hot water comes and goes. Wouldn’t go back.

Нам очень понравилось, что коллектив отзывчивый и помог нам решить наши вопросы. Из всех отелей в которые мы написали, они единственные ответили на нашу просьбу. И более того, помогли нам абсолютно бесплатно с хранением багажа. Очень приятный отель!
