Family: 3 adults and 2 children The apartment 801: + The apartment is large and spacious; + The rooms and bed linen are clean; + The bathroom is clean; + The room was cleaned well, towels were changed every day (I left a tip); + Hair dryer, air conditioner, iron work well; + There are dishes, appliances, and a washing machine in the kitchen; - There is no frying pan and no pots. It is impossible to cook on the stove, there is no microwave. - The furniture in the living room has an unpleasant smell and is dirty; - The iron board is dirty; - The curtains need to be changed; Reception: + They are polite; + Check-in was quickly; Restaurant (breakfast and dinner): + The quality of the products is high; + Variety of dishes; + The chefs are great; - There are a lot of guests on Saturday and Sunday due to the holidays, the priority for hotel guests is falling; Guards and butlers: + They seemed competent and friendly to me; + The rest of the staff are friendly and polite; Swimming pool: + Good view; + The kids liked it;

Very old furniture. I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago same old fixtures in rooms and kitchen. The property is not Hilton standard due to poor maintenance.

I upgraded from a deluxe apartment to a premium apartment, which is a higher tier than deluxe. However, the premium apartment had a smaller TV and lacked smart features. In contrast, the deluxe apartment came with a smart TV that included Netflix, YouTube, and various other applications. Due to the persistent rainy weather conditions, we spent most of our time indoors. Once we requested to replace the TV, they promised to do it the next morning, but they never showed up. One day, my friends and I decided to visit Barista, a five-minute walk from our hotel. We requested umbrellas since it was raining heavily. Unfortunately, the hotel only had one umbrella available, and when we asked for more, they informed us that they were out of stock. Despite the slight rain, we called the reception to inquire about using the swimming pool. They confirmed that we could use it, but when we arrived at the pool, we were informed that it was closed. When we returned to the reception to seek further assistance, they were unhelpful and stated that they could not allow anyone to use the pool while it was raining. But during my previous calls, the reception confirmed that I can use the pool. I had planned to extend my stay, but unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of support, I’ve decided to switch to a different hotel tomorrow. This is, without a doubt, the worst Hilton hotel we’ve stayed at so far.

AMAZING INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY KIND CARING WONDERFUL ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT STAFF AT THIS HOTEL WE AS A FAMILY ARE FREQUENT TRAVELLERS AND I MUST SAY OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS ONE OF BEST AND MOST BRILLIANT AND IT WAS ALL DOWN TO THE INCREDIBLY KIND FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF WHERE WE RECEIVED THE BEST BEST SERVICE AND TREATMENT ESPECIALLY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT PARTICULAR MR BANDARA ,MR RAJ , MS RITHIKA , MR LOCHANA AND ALL OF THE WODNERFUL STAFF AT THE RESTAURNAT WE WERE TREATED LIKE SPECIAL FAMILY AND ABSOLUTELY WE WERE LOOKED AFTER LIKE ROYALTY ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR STAY. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF AT THE RESTAURNAT AND THROUGHOUT THIS INCREDIBLE HOTEL YOU MADE OUR STAY TEH BEST EVER IT WAS MOST WODNERFUL AMD WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN VERY SOON AND TO MEET AND ASLO BE SO VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER ONCE AGAIN BY THE WONDERFUL RESTAURANT STAFF. Spent one night with my family. Excellent location. Good breakfast

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
