It was the most terrible experience ever, I have travelled to almost 36 countries and have stayed in many hotels, but this is the most worst experience I have ever gotten. The hotel room was dirty, and the shower wasn't hot at all. The staff were really rude and didn't help at all. Im definitely not returning back here.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than six years, often visiting twice a year, and I can confidently say their service is exceptional. The staff are always courteous and helpful—even in the middle of the night, the reception team answers calls and goes above and beyond to assist. The rooms are always clean and tidy, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, and free Wi-Fi. Should anything like the TV or air conditioning malfunction, the 24/7 maintenance staff is quick to resolve the issue. This hotel offers great value for money, especially compared to properties of similar size. Its location on the main Galle Road in Colombo makes it extremely convenient, with easy access to large supermarkets, popular restaurants, Hospitals, Cinema, Pharmacies and a short walk to the beach. Kudos to Mr. Nabil Imamudeen, the General Manager, for consistently maintaining such high service standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay as it’s in the center of town & can easily reach other places. Customer service is excellent. We had to leave one of our suitcase with them. They kept it safe for no extra charge.
