The photo they shown on the app for deluxe is deceiving. The photo shown was so spacious but the room I got was so small. The reason they gave was the photo is not accurate as Trip posted for them. Not willing to change room for me. Besides, the hotel mgmt not willing to refund even i told them i would like to move out early. I booked for 7 days and willing to stay for 4 days, I requested to cancel the remaining 3 days but hotel not willing to compromise! What a disgusting service! The breakfast is same for everyday and little options. They even cancel the breakfast buffet the last day i was there as you can see from the photo i uploaded. In addition, they never refill water bottles automatically. Terrible. Please avoid at all costs. Worst service ever!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The room itself was in premium condition—clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, perfect for relaxing or sunsets. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with easy access to most of the main attractions in the area. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and eager to help, which added a personal touch to the experience. I was also impressed with the room service—it was efficient, delicious, and reasonably priced. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a future visit.

Too many restrictions friends can’t come to the room s, balcony doors are unlocked., check in take time. Even you check in 6 pm rooms not ready had to wait.as soon as you chk in they said you can’t bring any friends me and my brother checked in. Even though we don’t have any friends.😳
