Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarina Colombo, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness centre, added to the overall convenience of my stay. One highlight was the impressive view from my room, overlooking the cityscape. It added a pleasant touch to the overall ambience of the hotel. While the decor might not be the most modern, it exuded a classic charm that complemented the overall atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. The culinary offerings were satisfying, providing a decent start to the day. However, it's worth noting that some areas of the hotel might benefit from a bit of updating, as certain furnishings showed signs of wear. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection could be inconsistent at times. In conclusion, Mandarina Colombo offers a comfortable and convenient stay with friendly staff and decent amenities. It may not be the most luxurious option in Colombo, but it provides good value for those looking for well-located and welcoming accommodation.

I love this hotel I started my Sri Lanka trip here and rebooked on my return to Colombo. Great hotel, great prices, super clean, comfy bed, wonderful food, amazing pool and great staff hopefully I get to go back one day!!😀

Impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Old building for sure but the room was well maintained. Staff were all well trained.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Eat here - Just perfect! Great atmosphere. You sit in the middle of a idyllic garden under a beautiful tree. Nilmini, Dilruk and Krishmal have taken care of us super and explained the buffet great. Goodbye to the chef Sujith - Your food is excellent! We will definitely come back!

Where can I begin to start about this hotel? From the minute we walked through the door you would think you were in a 5* hotel with the level of service you receive. The room was modern and beds extremely comfortable. There were a few bits of damage but nothing we couldn't see past. The only gripe I had with the room is that because the Make up room/ Do not disturb LED light is beside the bed this lights up blue on a night and can be bothersome. A fantastic mention for our housekeeper Gihan keeping us well stocked in towels and everything tidy. The pool is well maintained and pool towels are of a very good quality. We looked in the gym and contrary to a previous review the air con works. Bar service and the range of drinks are excellent, as is the Cafe on the ground floor which has excellent cakes and is very reasonably priced. Infact we couldn't believe it. Everything was excellent. Very good buffet for breakfast. Nice pool on the roof with gym and coctail bar. My room is on 24 floor has a fantastic view on the green lake, skyscrapers and a port of Galle face green. The room was always clean and fully equiped - much thanks for housekeeping to Dhananjaya!

The staffs in hotel are extremely thoughtful and nice. The breakfast is fantastic. You can enjoy mupltile country food here. The room is very clean. The hotel is near galla face beach. very beautiful view.

I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion.
