I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The room itself was in premium condition—clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a stunning view of the Indian Ocean, perfect for relaxing or sunsets. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with easy access to most of the main attractions in the area. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

The outside is warmly furnished. The interior environment is clean. There is a private bathroom and efficient air conditioning in the room. The sea is right outside the hotel. And there is a good café and iconic train there. The reception and owner were friendly and helpful. It was morning when I transferred over. The owner helped me check in early when the room was full, which was very decent and reasonable. All in all, whether it's a trip or a stopover, this hotel is bang for the buck. 👍🏻

Nice place, more importantly friendly staff who made my stay pleasant. Definitely there is room for improvement in terms of tidiness, food and providing amenities (i had to call reception and ask for towels, water and coffee sachets, but this is not a big worry for me as they sorted things in few minutes. I love this place and definitely my first choice for the next visit to colombo. The place is close to good restaurants and grocery stores, and has parking as well.

It's within walking distance from the bus station, train station and other downtown areas, but not noisy, and the price of more than 200 is reasonable... The service attitude is good, and Sri Lankans are quite friendly... In terms of hardware, it's a little outdated. For example, the light switch in my room was broken, and the toilet drain was seriously clogged. I took a shower the morning before, and there was water on the floor until the next day. These need to be repaired/improved.
