Ho prenotato una suite con vasca idromassaggio specificando nelle note l'importanza della vasca. Al mio arrivo mi consegnano la camera e mi accorgo che la vasca idromassaggio non funziona. Chiamo la reception e mi sento dire: ”chiediamo scusa, ma anche poco tempo fa la vasca non funzionava ed il tecnico avrebbe dovuto sistemarla, ma si vede che è ancora guasta”. Replico che ho scelto la camera solo per la vasca, diversamente avrei preso la camera economy. E che potevano anche avvisare. Mi rispondono che mi avrebbero cambiato stanza con una matrimoniale standard, proposta coscientemente rifiutata, in quanto già usato gli asciugamani ed il letto. Perchè ”sporcare” un'altra stanza?. La mattina al check out mi sento dire che la vasca non funziona e che devono comunicarlo a booking perchè cancelli la dicitura Suite con vasca idromassaggio. Altra brutta figura della reception. Faccio presente che booking non ha colpe perchè la camera l'ho prenotata direttamente dal sito dell'hotel. Ultima cosa, camera con un caldo assurdo. Mi è stato detto che devono aspettare l'ok del comune di Cologno per accendere l'aria condizionata. Come mai locali e ristoranti nel comune di Cologno erano perfettamente climatizzati? Ho pagato la tariffa richiesta all'atto della prenotazione, nessun sconto per il disservizio. Personale scortese e non professionale. Assolutamente hotel da evitare.
