Extremely bad hotel , hotel staff and services. Theft of e book reader ( kindle) in my room. Hotel reception manager Diego was super unsupportive and threatened me in the spot . No support provided to help with the luggage from room to taxi stand - and was threatened that if I don’t come down - the taxi will leave. I was told that they can’t help me with luggage , and it’s my problem on how do I come down. When I requested the night before - the reception promised me to help with the bell boy services . This morning I was told that since I am leaving at 630 am in the morning - we don’t provide such services before 7 am - so Diego doesn’t know why his colleague promised for help and he won’t help at any cost. When I complaint for the theft- the hotel didn’t know the process to handle complaint , and was told if it is stolen - there is nothing hotel can do about it. They don’t have any process to handle such complaints when housekeeping steals thing . Highly recommend never to use this hotel - in fact when I asked full name of the manager - I was denied the request and was told to leave as hotel won’t give full name of manager or the reception manager . Loved this hotel, staff were really friendly and room was clean. We didn’t have breakfast but decided to add this 2 days, really easy to add on in the restaurant. Bus stop is right outside to get to/from the metro for travelling into Milan centre and details are on reception - super easy! A few bars/restaurants around the area, which in itself is really nice. Room was basic but comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was standard for Europe holidays, topped up regularly and variety of choice - not a bad price to add on the day. We would recommend to anyone staying in Milan

Before my trip, I tried to retrieve my reservation information from their website, but it was very slow and didn't work. I then contacted them via email to confirm my reservation and indicate I would arrive late and wanted to guarantee my room. This was 48 hous before my trip, but I never got a response. The bedroom was alright, but the light system a bit tricky and unpractical. You need the bedroom key to turn on the light in the bathroom, but it turns it off in the bedroom. The hotel bar was closed, many of us were there for a trade show, so it was impossible to meet in the evening for business transaction ; first time I see this near a conference facility. Finally, we had a dinner with all the attendees from the trade show, for which we were charged 30 euros, it was a buffet, but all there was salads, a few slices of deli meat, and a fruit salad for dessert. No main course, no meat or vegs, and we we had to leave the room at 21h30 when we were not finished eating what little we'd found. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Reception personel was pleasant. I left one day early because of my bad experience with the dining event. I wil never go back to this place, typical of large hotel group who don't give a kopek about customer service ; it's all about a quick buck.

slightly tired, all be it in a nice quiet location. Hotel is a bit shabby, rooms are okay, but walls are paper thin and you can hear everything (and i mean everything) going on in the room next to you. Bathrooms follow the same theme. Another frustration is a bar that closes at 630pm, and then it actually closes earlier than that, not very good but lucky enough there is a bar near by

Very well kept hotel and residence ,caring staff, wonderful restaurants in the hotel and around the complex , with walking distance to grocery stores too. The complex is very beautiful with gardens and large lake, only downside is that it is half hr car ride to the city center .

Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL! first the wifi is HORRIBLE! Im in the room and a barely get any signal! But THE WORST PART IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT WORKING! When we turned it on it was on 25c (77f) and it keep going hotter and hotter! I CALLED THE RECEPTION AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED IN A HOTEL!! DONT COME
