Decent but sp**** accommodations, no problems at all with the rental but Arthouse Apar**ents did not return my deposit ($400) after checkout. Several weeks after checking out I inquired as to when my deposit would be returned (why I had to inquire is beyond me; it should have been returned immediately without my inquiry). They requested specific information to wire the deposit to my checking account (U.S.), which I provided. I didn't receive the deposit, inquired again as to its status, they maintain they processed it which they clearly haven't. I continue to ask about the deposit; they've stopped returning my emails. Next up: legal action?
