酒店位置非常好，出行也非常方便，特別是到科隆參展的商旅人士，到展館非常方便，地鐵三站過江就是科隆展館中心，但是酒店的服務非常差勁，也許對待中國的旅客有歧視，完全不聽取意見，住店四天不換被子，而且還是在強烈的需求下才答應換，房間沒有紙巾，不放置，到前台提醒也不執行，電話在打服務枱，也不來，房間裏一次性拖鞋老外入住都很自覺的提供，中國人入住就沒有提醒更別提主動給你，真是非常氣人的一次入住體驗，所以下次堅決不會在選擇入住，

Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist die „Hofburg“ im Kölner Karneval absolut empfehlenswert. Für unsere Freunde und Gäste buchen wir immer im Dorint. Ergibt sich doch immer, das Kölner Dreigestirn zu treffen und ein Foto zu machen. Außerdem ist die Bar, Abends der Treffpunkt für Karnevalisten.

Top Stadthotel in perfekter Lage.
Alles in Gehdistanz.
Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, sehr lecker und auch frisch gepressten Orangensaft.
Die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist ein muss, für einen Drink vor dem schlafengehen.
