酒店房間設施還可以，早餐也不錯。就是前台服務員有點差勁，讓他幫忙叫個taxi，結果電話叫了一輛超級破舊的奔馳商務車，司機還非要我跟他一起坐前排（商務車肯定是中間位子舒服啊），司機也不會英語，到處繞路，我打開導航他也不看

Top Hotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es wir jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Preisleistung stimmt hier total!

The first star is for the lady who booked us in, she was professional, polite and helpful. The second star is for the location, five to ten minutes walking distance into the centre of town. On getting out of the lift it was like walking into a housing estate. The room was sort of clean, a dark brown carpet which could have done with a clean. A luke warm shower which went from not very powerful to a dribble. Spilt something on the sheet, on returning to the room the following day thought it would have been changed, bed made but dirty sheet left on? This is the first hotel I've been to in a long time where there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel is hardly 4 star. The room, as we found it on an overnight stay, lacked the basic facilities which one might expect for a 4 star hotel. No soap in the dispenser, a handful of tissues left in the box, no phone in the room, and no tea/coffee maker. When we complained at reception on our way out, we were handed some soap and tissues. As we were going our for the evening, we asked for the items to be left in our room on the 3rd floor. The man on reception said that there was no staff available to do so. The overall impression was an understaffed hotel, with minimum facilities and small, basic rooms. The upstairs corridors, in contrast with the reception area, are somewhat dull and dowdy. Not a 4 star experience!

This hotel does not care about the comfort of customers. We asked two days in a row if we could have extra pillows and we leave tomorrow and we still don’t have them. The air conditioning was broken and we reported it twice and it is still stifling and broken. We had to buy a fan at 16 euros so we could sleep. Housekeeping didn’t bother making the bed when they were in and there are pointless items like a shoe horn and a nail file but no shower gel, phone nor kettle/ tea/ coffee. You should write your needs on a post it and hang on bathroom mirror- but no pen! Smallest most basic room - fire hazard if you have 2 cases as you need to block the door to have a place to sit them. Appalling service, overpriced, uncomfortable and feel ripped off- and we only leave tomorrow! Stay away from this hotel- service is uncaring and rubbish- a girl just making a list of complaints from rooms on the front desk and doing nothing about them!

Lovely hotel in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Really comfy bed in a quiet location. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again
