The hotel room facilities are OK, and the breakfast is also good. The only thing is that the front desk clerk is a bit bad. I asked him to help call a taxi, but he called a super old Mercedes-Benz business car. The driver insisted that I sit in the front seat with him (business cars must have the middle seat for comfort). The driver also didn't speak English and took detours everywhere. He didn't even look at the navigation when I turned on it.

A top-notch hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is extensive and caters to every need. The value for money is absolutely spot on!

Clean and quiet rooms, helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, convenient courtyard parking. Step outside and immediately next door you’ll find one of the original Roman towers. It’s a short walk to the cathedral and train station, many restaurants and cafés.

1st time stay in cologne, the area we was in was amazing. Quiet and enjoyable. The area around us was full of shops and restaurants to go to.

The elevator was broken since we arrived and it was not fixed till we checked out. Staff didn't make any effort to be helpful regarding this. On day of check out cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on our door even though it was not check out time yet.

Excellent
The staff were so helpful and spoken better English than us! There was delicious wine in the hotel bar which was lovely to sit in.
The only downside was the few hours the lift stopped working for!
If we return to Köln, we would definitely stay here!
