A great accommodation to stay and appreciated by all members of our group partners, friendly for guests, satisfaction also a place should be highly recommended. The receptionnists were very helpful. Hotel established in a quiet area where easy to reach Cologne Grand Cathedrale within 10 minutes on foot, specified comfortable where let us passed an inforgetable and wonderful vacation. Since it's the oldest a&o in Cologne, the furnishings are a bit dated, and there's no elevator, making it difficult to transport large suitcases to the upper floors. However, there's a locked luggage room on the ground floor, which is extremely convenient. Drinks are available around the clock, and the pancake machine at the breakfast buffet is great. What we liked best, though, was Berk's friendly and helpful manner at the reception desk. Thank you so much!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. We arrived late, and the friendly front desk staff was very helpful. They explained that there was no elevator on the third floor, so they upgraded us to a family room. The room was spacious, and it was very convenient to get water in the restaurant morning and evening. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the central train station! It was a little noisy from the occasional passing train, but otherwise, I was very satisfied! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the main train station (5 minutes) and Cologne Cathedral (8 minutes). The double room is very spacious. The luggage storage is a coin locker, 2 euros a day, which is relatively cost-effective.

The hotel is located away from the central station and very close to Cologne Cathedral (it might be a bit difficult to find for the first time). Since the suitcase is heavy and large, the handsome guy at the front desk helped to carry the luggage upstairs. Free hot water and coffee are provided downstairs. Welcome water and chocolates are also given. The double bed room is of good size.

When I checked in that evening, the front desk guy, Berk, was warm and helpful. I didn't like the first floor, so he moved me to a high floor with a great view. He also pointed me to free hot water, ice water, and coffee. This completely changed my negative impression of A&O.

We were quite speechless... the room was very dirty. The bathroom was moldy. There was no shared kitchen. The location was great, but unusually noisy. Never again at the A&O chain; we'd rather pay more for a comfortable night's sleep.
