Early check at 2.30pm for 15 euros, outrageous. Regular check at 3pm. Was an emergency because of an event. Quick change of clothes.

It is a functional and comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the city. You will need a car to get downtown. There is free parking and the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

It is has been my second stay at this hotel and again all my expectations where met: a comfortable night of sleep and a good breakfast. Little hiccup at reception but this was quickly resolved; was asked to pay the booking which I already did through *******, but again, this was quickly resolved without any real discussion. Will I visit a third time? Probably yes.

Good location - short walk to the tram which went straight into Berlin 20 mins away. Very friendly staff. Comfy beds, quiet. Well laid out bathroom, spacious shower. Supermarket with fuel opposite was very convenient . Plenty of parking at the hotel which is free. Would definitely come again.

Clean, practical hotel, there is an elevator and free parking right outside the door... bus stop right in front of the hotel... perfect for a simple overnight stay;

We booked this hotel because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, we didn't have such a great experience. There were only problems when we arrived. Very unfriendly. Not a good day. Good evening. When we booked, we paid in advance. We had to pay again when we arrived. There was a very unpleasant smell in the elevator and the rooms were very thinly soundproof. The rooms were very cold even though the heating was on. Towel rails and sockets were loose and fell off when used. The location was in a commercial area. Depending on the connection with the KVB, it takes 40 minutes to get to the city center. We would definitely not book this hotel again.

Great for an overnight stay, but it was very noisy the night from other hotel guests. Doors slamming and very loud noises from outside the hotel.

A cheap, decent hotel. Clean. The bathroom practical and clean. The beds were a bit too narrow for me personally (had 2 single beds) and not very comfortable. But that's certainly a matter of opinion. The rooms are compactly furnished for a short stay. No frills, no closet, 2 shelves next to the bed and a table. No problem for our short stay. Breakfast was fine and the price was OK. Standard breakfast. A little sausage and cheese and musil and fruit. Coffee was very good. All in all, a cheap and decent hotel. If you don't expect anything upscale and special, it's fine.

We had nothing to complain about. Staff was very nice and accommodating
