There are so many public areas in the hotel, it's nice to sit and have a beer.
Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning.
During the stay just in time for the exhibition, the house price is slightly expensive.

Great hotel (we have stayed with "Friends" before, in Dusseldorf). Location is always the (sole) disappointment. Otherwise, brilliant!

The Hotel is nice. Stuff are friendly. We had a room with balcony and it was nice and clean. Hotel is 9.5km from the Köln Dom. The Hotel has no parking but you can find parkings around the Hotel. When you put the adresse in your Gps put Fittard in the town otherwise you will turn around Köln like we did!

The family room, which is actually an apartment, was a perfect fit for our stay.
The only thing we missed was a door for the children’s room so we could be a little more relaxed on our side of the apartment.
The interior was nice, the cleaning could be a little bit better though.

The room has nothing to do with their pictures.
Already they took 900€ for family room for 3 nights. Both of the showers were broken. The smell is not wonderful. The sheets are with holes. They took for breakfast 21-22€ per person instead of promised 18€ and some of days they had almost nothing. Dirty water with allergens. No water, no kittle, no shoes, no bathrobe... If you want to take coffee, water or tea (self-service) - be ready to pay from 7€. Almost no-one speaks English.
