The room was very clean and the staff member at the reception she was very friendly and helpful. She helped with everything. The location of the hotel was nice you can go to cathedral 10 minutes walking.

it was great location, easy to get to, staff were friendly and all was good,the only issue is that we saw a rat 2 days in a row in the lobby area/ luggage storage area which was unpleasant and we have informed the staff on our departure day.

This is a great option when in Cologne. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Renovations were in progress but did not impact my stay. I will book again.

We really enjoy our stay,it’s very nice and clean hotel,staff really helpful and friendly,definitely came back again,location is perfect,everything very easy access 👍

The room was so warm and no ventilation at all. There was a fan but didn’t do much unfortunately. There was another room leaking so tap water wasn’t drinkable for a while(yellow water coming out from the tap).
The location was good, 15min to get to central.

This Hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient and close to Koln Dom and train station.
A lot of super markets and stores around as well as resturants.
