The hotel is only one star. There is no elevator and the room booked is wrong.
Ctrip marked it as 3 stars and deceived customers. I left as soon as I arrived and couldn’t stay at all. I had to stay in other hotels. The Marriott I stayed at that night was cheaper than this hotel. It cost more than 3,000 online.
Request a refund from Ctrip
So far, Ctrip has not responded. It only said that it was communicating with the hotel.
Book a hotel at a low price, deceive customers and sell the hotel with a one-star rating but a three-star rating. The unscrupulous businessman will block you for life!

The cathedral is right around the corner no more than 150m. Some issues with this hotel is that Uber eats doesn’t know where this place is so you have to stand outside for your food. It’s small and the walls are thin. Lastly it smells like smoke 24/7 and sees in from other rooms or the outside.

The room was good,and the noise outside died down in early night and tehb location is good, near to the station. Hoever, to get into the hotel you have to type in your booking details outside the door and then present your credit card.... I got no further. Just couldn't work out how to continue. Luckily a young man came out from the hotel (night porter?) and helped me. Finally I got a ieace of paper with a code. With this I had to walk to another door and type the code into the lock there (and then to my room). Luckily the young man (an angel!) came and helped me with boths locks AND carried my bag three stairs up! I had actually planned to go out for dinner, but guessed that I would never make it into my room again! The wifi worked so and so.

We were due to fly out the following day so wanted a place close to the main station. Smarty Dom was perfect location (2 minute) walk to the station and cathedral. The check in was all straight forward we were issued with the door and room door code via the automated check in terminal. The room was all very clean and well equipped. It was compact in size but had a small balcony and room fan. For the cost of £46GBP (€50) was great value for a city centre hotel.

Didn't like that they have added 2 single bed into one just to make it look like double bed even though during reservation it marked a double bed. They advertised a smart TV including inside the room but there is no way to connect to it wirelessly because the access to remote is locked

Their automatic check in did not work. I could not enter. They Never came for help and also didn’t reimburse me. They are dishonest pretending that someone came for help: no one came and their hotline kept breaking up as well. Everyone can have a problem but to lie about it and to still take the money? Avoid this place !

We arrived and the lady at the desk helped us awesomely and we then proceeded to our room with a huge openable window! Great for when it’s 30+ Celsius 🫠 Other than that the hotel smelled great. However the elevator didn’t work due to heat.
