The location of the hotel is really good. It’s near to everything in walking distance. The rooms are simple but good and clean. The bed was comfortable enough for two nights and the service was good as well. The walls are thin but it was still okay for us. All in all, it was a great stay and one of the cheapest hotels in the city center.
Can recommend this hotel to everyone! :)

It was close to the station, the interior was nice, and the staff were polite.
However, it seemed like the cleaning was slow. I'm not sure if it was because it was busy the day I stayed, but when I returned to the hotel after 4:30 pm, I was told that my room had not been cleaned yet. The next day, my room had been cleaned, but it seemed like the other rooms had not.
I was only there for two nights so I wasn't particular about cleaning, so it didn't bother me, but I was surprised because this hasn't happened when I've stayed at other hotels.
I was also bothered by the fact that the towels were dirty.

The room is relatively small, the wash basin does not drain well, and the drainage in the shower is also poor. The key point is that there is no air conditioning, which makes it really uncomfortable in summer.
The advantage is that the downtown business district is very close to Cologne Cathedral and it is convenient to find food nearby.
