The hotel is neat and clean, the room has no odor, and the toilet is clean and tidy. In addition, the lobby decoration is very comfortable. The location is also good, within 30 minutes to Cologne Central Square.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice war jeder Mitarbeiter aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man spürt, dass hier echter Servicegedanke gelebt wird.
Mein Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnte meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage. Und besonders angenehm: In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten – was heutzutage absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist!
Insgesamt ein großartiges Hotel mit tollem Team, hoher Sauberkeit und idealer Lage. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Property was modern, close to the train station. Room wasn’t cleaned at all during our 3 night stay which I found odd. No fridge, tea/coffee making facilities in the room either.

The hotel of fools. If you are one, stay here.
You can be whatever you want, but be transparent. Own your game and that’s all right. What’s the reason for hiding that coffee is included but you have limits, only one item each? What’s the reason for hiding that room cleaning is only done upon request in advance when it is not necessary in any hotel? Who set these rules, thinking they are smarter than everyone else? There’s no point in hiding the truth; it is sovereign. If you want longevity, choose it. It was terrible, not because of the rules, but for not knowing about them in advance. The one that seems cheap but is VERY EXPENSIVE. Loggin, never again. It’s not about the stay, it’s about ethical values.

Parkplatz ist ein Thema
Grundsätzlich sind alle Bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten etwas Verwirrend ist der Parkplatz der auf dem Schild ausgewiesen ist man könnte meinen er gehört zum Hotel es werden Kein Parkgebühren ausgewiesen sondern nur Ein Entgelt bei einem Verstoß von 64€ das Stößt negativ auf.
Aufenthalt war angenehm Frühstück auch guter Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken

Gerne wieder
Wir kamen super spät vom Radrennen und waren einfach nur müde. Der Herr an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat uns schnell den Zimmerschlüssel gegeben. Sehr unkompliziert. Auch der checkout war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Nagelneues Hotel
Nagelneues Hotel in der Opening-Phase. Aktuell sind die Preise unschlagbar. Nur für das Auto wird - für die Lage des Hotels relativ viel verlangt. Zumal es "nur" ein Parkplatz ist und keine Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war entsprechend auch neu und es gab keine Mängel. Nur sie Bahnlinie hat mich im 3. Stock des Hotels gestört.
