Great location . Jose at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small with quirky layout, which we knew when we booked . Nice toiletries. I contacted property twice by email with questions. Never received a response. Wifi was spotty. In room safe did not work. Was told battery died last week. Jets on tub did not work. Was told also stopped would week. I would not consider this a " luxury boutique" hotel as promoted.

Beware! This place is a rip off! We booked this hotel via their web site directly. Unfortunately, we never received a booking confirmation, instead only a confirmation about the payment. Later, we found out that the reservation was made for the wrong dates. We received a cancellation from the hotel BEFORE we could check in and our money was gone. We addressed this multiple times with phone calls and different employees, apparently nothing can be done here. Not accommodating or courteous. Just unfriendly. This is incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority in this hotel. Will also never book a hotel again via their own web site...lesson learned.

We've traveled all across Europe, many beds. This was like sleeping on a rock. Self proclaimed 4 star - probably a 3 star, but run like a 2 star. Pillows - like a bag of feathers, zero support. No daily service. Said they forgot. Hmmm . Had to get out own towels etc.. needless to say the room was not serviced. Breakfast. Get there early. They don't replenish anything. The pool girl when I asked for more fruit salad, she was nice enough to slice up a Kiwi, and then throw a few grapes in for good measure. They do have fresh squeezed OJ though. SPA? no. It's a dungeon used for storage. Looked at us like we were crazy entering the forbidden zone. After hours access: good thing we got back in time before the gate closes. Apparently there is another key to use to get in. No one told us, but we got back in time. With this level of service, hate to think we'd be stranded outside the gates. Parking - Uh where. No, you have to park in city parking up the road, Think it was like $25 per night. Rooms - fairly descent overlooking the dead plant in the room. Oh and the TV has all the apps, one local station. Only problem is the guy says the apps can't access the internet - OKKKKK. Good shower but remember to get your own towels in the am. A/C works good Nice staff, just badly run/managed.

Quirky hotel, redesigned older home into a hotel. Tried to look minimalist boho mid century modern wit grey wall, plastic furniture and as a bonus dual bathrooms. It is air conditioned, has nice toiletries, coffee machine and tea pot. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was decent but it's a one person operation and tiny room that can't accommodate all guests. A tour group stayed there and most of the food had been eaten, and there either wasn't enough prepared or it was overwhelming to keep up. Central location...owner drove me herself to the train station... very nice gesture

Hotel right on a quiet street near the walking part of the city, petit venice, and the covered market. Once we found it after driving round and round due to our GPS NOT knowing that the streets were now blocked due to a courtyard restaurant, we settled into a small, clean room with comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked (!!), internet and a delightful breakfast. Had shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer. Good enough clothes storage. Elevator is small but enough to get your gear upstairs. Parking on street at night but have to move in morning unless you park in garage a few blocks away.

on return from champagne area we stopped in Colmar, this hotel is very nice , located right in the center of Colmar ,rooms are nice and spacious, excellent breakfast and parking located very close to hotel

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, in centro ma non nelle strade più affollate. Buona la pulizia, niente da dire. Anche la camera è confortevole, moderna e abbastanza spaziosa. Considerate che è un hotel molto piccolo con i servizi praticamente inesistenti (reception chiusa negli orari notturni) ma se serve solo come base di appoggio per un giro turistico va più che bene.

hôtel bien centré à côté dans une ruelle. attention au GPS et aux restrictions de circulation du centre ville. pas de stationnement à l'hôtel directement. Petite cour d'accès, bâtiment en L avec porte automatique pour entrer (pratique). réception et petit déjeuner tenue par des jeunes personnes (type étudiants) parfois un peu dépassés. Petit déjeuner dans une salle étroite et pas très chaleureuse avec un buffet très standard et jus d'orange frais pressé. tables débarrassées tardivement et buffet peu garni. Chambre plutôt grande avec des dispositions sous les toits (entrée avec toiture en pente pour la douche). on sent un peu de "vétusté", l'hôtel a 10 ou 15 ans et n'a pas été réactualisé. par exemple, pas de crochet pour le linge au sortie de douche. raccord de peinture dans le toilette avec une autre peinture (support de papier toilette cassé, remplacé par un support à pied), écran de télé cassé donc petite télé sur socle mise devant l'écran cassé. Meuble Table qui sert de support à la télé griffé et abimé. rideaux peu qualitatifs, pommeau de douche entartré. à l'époque méritait bien les 4 étoiles, là nettement moins ... accueil moyen, peu chaleureux, pas de recommandations sur la ville.

Sicuramente il punto di forza di questo albero è l’ottima posizione per girare il centro di Colmar. Personale gentile e accogliente, pulizia buona. Colazione non all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Parcheggio a pagamento 18 euro (24 ore) vicino.

2 chambres utilisées : l'une avait des traces de poussieres et coffre fort bloqué ( mauvais code de notre faute) mais tres compliqué pour obtenir le deblocage . Concernant le petit dejeuner, charcuterie et jus d'orange a temperature mais non frais, et des fruits comme le raisin etait en parti mangé ( grappes non completes) et les pommes fripées. Pas de pain de mie à toaster. Pas de petit dejeuner salé ( oeuf brouillé, bacon,saucisses). Etonnant pour un 4 etoiles. Literie ok , parking ok

Sehr schönes kleines Boutique Hotel in der Altstadt von Colmar, moderne Zimmer, freundlicher Service. Leider zu wenig Steckdosen, sodass Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine nicht gleichzeitig funktionieren. Parkplätze im Parkhaus um die Ecke.

Sehr nettes kleines, sauberes Hotel, tolle, moderne, bodenebene Dusche, gutes Frühstück mit Liebe gerichtet, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, waren mit Akkuraeder gereist, konnten diese im Hotel abstellen, nochmals vielen Dank

Drecksloch. Wir hatten einen riesigen Schimmelfleck direkt übern Bett. Alles stinkt, alles war dreckig. Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Joghurt seit zwei Wochen abgelaufen und der Kaffee war wässrig. Finger weg! Lage war ok, Personal freundlich, aber der Zustand der Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend.

Nous avons passé le week-end à Colmar dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé au centre-ville, parking payant juste à côté, très jolie chambre avec la baignoire au milieu et en bas une douche italienne! ! Petit déjeuner en buffet très bien servi avec jus d’orange frais !
