We travelled for the nearby Christmas markets, we were surprised that the hotel receptionist knew so many languages and were so helpful. They gave us a little gingerbread hamper from the region and a mulled wine welcome drink. Thanks for making our stay feel at home!

The town of Colmar lives up to its reputation. It is a fairy-tale world with beautiful buildings. It is a good choice to stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the sanitary conditions are good, and parking is very convenient.

- 但浴室企缸的水壓太低，尤其是用花灑沖涼。我住過兩間房，有一間用花灑沖涼，基本上係用唔到咁滯；
- 全部用 Rituals 品牌的洗頭水、沐浴露和洗手液；
- 我訂了兩晚雙床房，但第一晚酒店只能夠提供大床房。酒店職員說是平台沒有告知他們是雙床房，所以他們未能安排，這點對我們有些影響；
- 但值得欣賞的是，無論酒店或平台，職員都盡力去嘗試幫我解決問題。這一點我十分感激；

The family room I booked was much more expensive than other rooms, but after arriving, I found that it was no different in size from other rooms. The sofa bed was not made in advance, so I had to call the front desk. There was a water purifier, microwave and kettle, which was quite convenient. It's a 10-minute walk from the old town.

Although the hotel seems to be out of the center, you can see the lively places within a few minutes' walk.
