"Everything was good from check in to I got in my room from a movie date went to climb in bed it was hair all in the bed. I just shook sheets off laid down n felt like something was biting me I can't say it was bugs but I check the sheets thoroughly n can tell the housekeepers didn't change the sheets. I went to front desk at 230am to get a new set n change the set no problem afterwards. But as a manager n working for a hampton inn they policy is if hair found in a clean room the guest get the money bsck."

"The hotel is conveniently located on the main road of the university city. The surrounding areas are all branded hotels, and the dining is relatively close. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is better than the traditional hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast is more abundant than similar hotels, and the price is very good!"
"I really enjoyed staying at the Ramada. Very clean, comfortable beds! I had a fridge, microwave and one cup coffee maker. Breakfast had good options and good coffee. I was in town for 2 day tests and location was close to everything. Counter staff was polite and pleasant. I am usually hesitant to stay in hotels vs Air B&B but was definitely pleasantly surprised. "
"This 400 RMB price can live in such a good hotel, it is really missed, the front desk is very enthusiastic and patient to explain, 10 minutes after the room, I called to ask if there are other needs? Really very intimate! ! ! ! !"

JJUNFENGBreakfast is the same every day, and there are very few things. Two double beds, no extra beds. Parking is free and suitable for family travel. The location is relatively biased, but it doesn't matter if there is a car. There is a large supermarket and living area less than 1 minute drive.
LLaurieTeen accidentally left a small expensive item (electronic device) in our room. After inquiring, it was found and held so our local family member could pick it up. We were very grateful.
GGuest UserI booked a room with jacuzzi tub. Tub was not working and was not offered any compensation. Breakfast was gone in 30 minutes and there seemed to be no rush to replace main items like eggs, milk for cereal, sausage, and waffle batter. No one bothered to say they were making efforts to get more for the 12 or so people standing around with nothing to eat. Poorly handled. Rooms themselves were fine, clean, and location was good.
GGuest Userthe fact its only 3 cons to this place 1. can't control the air/heat 2. hve to light the gas stove with a lighter which is dangerous 3. cnt smoke anywhere in the property (which i didnt kno til this month when the receptionist (tht didnt check us in) came being rude because it doesn't say it online the rules nor anywhere on the property just no smoking in the room but other then that it was wonderful i loved the set up & for the ppl who may sleep over late tht late check out fee is something serious so please read (i didnt hve to pay just saw it) this is definitely a hidden gem for such a cheap price theres places higher then this & you dont even get half the things that where in the room
GGuest UserSurprisingly the bed sheets had some stains and pillows were smelling and there was an unusual odor in the room. We booked this hotel thinking it is very near to Texas A&M university campus but for similar or even better price you will find much cleaner hotel. Also, I'm still disputing my double charge for the stay as I pre-paid through Trip.com and after checkout the Hotel also charged me again for the same. If I haven't looked at my credit card statement this would have passed. Hotel staff are very laid back, not willing to resolve the issue and have offered no apologies for the mistake, as if they don't care. Sorry, will never step into this hotel again as I don't trust them !
GGuest UserThe stay at Country Inn was good in general. However, we were really disappointed at their breakfast. Half of the breakfast items were out of stock both days. The first morning there were no biscuits, no sausage, no butter. The second day, there were no milk, no waffle mix, etc.
Also the quality of their towels is quite poor.
The staff at the reception when we checked in was nice and professional, but the one when we checked out could use some improvement on customer service skill.
WWENSHENGGood quality and cheap, convenient parking. It belongs to the cheapest hotel nearby, the location is very good, there are many places to eat around, there are McDonald's KFC and Saibaiwei, and 🈶️ A Lan is called Ramen.
