I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either.
Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room.
Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable.
Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

The boss still manages the hotel very hard. Especially interacting with guests, actively understanding customer information, the location is not far from the Birmingham National Convention and Exhibition Center, and there is free parking space for driving, which is more convenient.

Great stay at this b&b. Helpful hosts and very good breakfast. Not a fan of the decor but that’s a subjective judgement (hence the 4 #stars) but every thing else was great. Good location for Shustoke Barn where we were going to for a wedding. Recommended

I had a lovely stay at your B&B. Plenty of parking spaces. The facilities were great and very clean. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and I enjoyed your company during my stay. My full English breakfast was served almost immediately when I arrived and was delicious.

I stayed here for one night with my daughters as we were visiting the NEC the following day. The property was easy to find and the online guest book made it so easy to prepare for the stay. The house is beautiful and our room (triple- double/single) was beautifully decorated and clean. Coffee/tea facilities were well-stocked, but an honesty fridge on the landing enables you to purchase cold drinks too (fantastic idea!). We had to order breakfast the night before, but this makes so much sense to avoid time-wasting and food wastage! Breakfast was delicious and hot, with more toast and drinks offered if necessary. Parking is secure and the area was lovely for an autumnal stroll. Our host was kind and attentive. Overall, a great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

We stayed for just one night in October. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to reinforce the opinions of others who have reviewed this bed and breakfast. Lovely place, scrupulously clean and great hospitality from James and Hansel. Easy to get to the NEC and only a short walk for dinner at the Rajpani which was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great over night stay at this super bed and breakfast. The room was lovely & the beds were really comfy so we had a goods nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return again thanks.
