I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

Very close to the work address, the traffic is convenient, but you have to rent a car. The next day I knew that it was a hotel where Indians were setting it down. Breakfast is too general, even coffee is washed.

The decor is refreshingly recent , not something you'd expect all the time at British airport hotels. It was the friendliest check-in experience in a long time. The room was impeccably clean and all the mod cons available . The only downer was the location, it is about 1.5 miles from the BHX airport and in order to get to the hotel you walk past a halting site on one side and a lorry staging post on the other. But hey , you can't have it all. Like with a person - it's what's within that counts.

Very good, the front desk brother service is in place, and he can give you a good room! The environment is very good.

I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ... But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true. Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant. Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was unexpectedly charged £20 for parking despite my booking stating it was free. Reached out for a refund but received no response. A great stay overall.
