The hotel is pretty good! The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are dry, and the hygiene is good! Good service attitude!
There is only one restaurant with fewer choices of dishes.
In addition, don’t go to the surrounding chin chin and the casade Chinese restaurants. There are some localized Chinese dishes in India, which are really awful. Is there anything? !

Hotel chain, economy, Samsung bar, rooms are uniformly arranged, not bad. The breakfast was general and allowed them to make quiche. There is a waiter named Trishna who can speak a few Chinese words. The bath water is sometimes cold and hot. No toiletries and slippers. Put a pair of chopsticks.
Except for five stars, all Indian hotels do not have toiletries. Including five stars, all Indian hotels do not have plastic slippers.
The surrounding environment is average. Go out and turn left across the road. There is a larger restaurant on the right. Chicken and noodles are not bad. When you go out, turn right 500 meters and there is an alley to go in. There is a restaurant My place, which is not bad. Overall, India's per capita income is much lower than China, but the price of food and beverage is even higher than China!

Had a wonderful experience at Gokulam park celebrating my daughter’s first birthday. Worth every penny we spent and completely satisfied. Guests really enjoyed the food and ambiance. I would like to thank Samy who is the ***ger for his flexibility, commitment and coordination. He has never said no to any of our request and helped us in every way possible to make the event successful. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Month December 11, 2021, We stayed in SPS Grand for a Night Stay. A warm welcome given by the Front Office Manager Mr Murugan and his team. Room No 305 and 315 are well furnished and decorated, neat and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious and more variety of South Indian cuisine and South Indian Chef and Chef are very friendly and fulfilled our requirements and we were much impressed with their services. Keep it up. The credit goes to the General Manager for his excellent team work. All the best and would like come and enjoy their hospitality in near future.

Good location in down town and nice area with a lot of colleges around the hotel, means safety. Small supermarkets, food stores, small shopping mall are around to the hotel too. Just heavy traffic jam in morning and after office hour peak times. BBQ Foods are nice and there is one very good Chinese/Asia food resturant. We took the sight see here and it is really fantistic place here.

Wonderful experience at Ikon by Annapoorna. The room was well maintained & extremely comfortable. Meals at the Cove were fairly good: breakfast as part of the package was adequate. Dinner ala carte at the Cove was nice, with good service and food was fairly nice. Dining at the ground floor restaurant was nice, except during peak hours when the rush was very high! Good centrally located hotel… nice shopping area in the vicinity. Appreciate the newspaper in the room every morning, a custom sadly out of vogue in most hotels!

Booked a family room for 3+1(child) during my recent trip to coimbatore. The scheduled check in time was 12 pm. They have given us the room even though we reached at 7am. The room was spacious and neat and well maintained. They have provided all the required things to use in the room. You will get good vegetarian food in their in-house restaurant.

GGuest UserHotel room is neat and tidy. But staff behavior is bit rude. They enforce strict 12pm checkout for mmt booked customers. Even if we are willing to pay extra 1000- to extend for 5more hrs, they accepted in phone enquiry but rejected when asked in person during checkin.

Excellent customer service by the entire team headed by the General Manager Mr.Samson. Best quality of rooms in that entire surroundings with all modern amenities. Yummy food at the restaurant with a warm service. Our guests also felt comfortable, as they were visiting India and Coimbatore for the first time. Our guests forgot their passports, it was safely kept until they returned and collected it even after check out. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Zen Park team.

They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. GGuest UserIt took almost days to really find a true and comprehensive review of the iStay Coimbatore. Finally, took a chance and booked it anyway due to the location of the hotel. Now that I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel, here is a detailed pros and cons of the stay. Stay Time & Duration : 2 Nights - Apr 2023 Overall the stay was good on the location, check-in/out experience, overall Hotel common areas cleanliness. But bad on Bed, pillows cleanliness, size of room and overall noise disturbances in the rooms in the night. Pros : * Location is the biggest plus. It is just about crossing the road from Coimbatore junction to the Hotel. So, this means, if you have a late night or very early morning train, this place is best. But, as the road itself, where the road is an eyesoar with potholes and very congested. But, there are lot of restaurants available including the Hotel restaurant itself, which is a plus. * Hotel cleanliness : To be clear, this is about HOTEL cleanliness and NOT the Room cleanliness. The Hotel looks fairly new and also the cleanliness of the common areas are clean including the lobby, lift, stairs, corridor etc., * Check-In & Check-Out : The check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. It took just few minutes to check-in and without any in room dining from my side, it took just seconds to check-out. * Bathroom & Toilets : The Bathroom and Toilets were clean, though the design is bit odd such that the whole bathroom gets flooded while taking bath. Might be this is specific to just the room I stayed in or that is the design in all rooms. * Budget - For a hotel which is so close to the Railway station, the cost of the rooms is manageable. Not Low, but medium cost. Cons : * A BIG BIG problem is the cleanliness of the Bed linen, pillows etc., The Pillow cover almost looked a very light grey instead of white. There were stains on the bedsheet and pillows. I can assure this is not for one room as I had booked 2 rooms and both rooms had similar cleanliness of the bedsheet, pillows, etc., As we stayed only in night and had to rush for a marriage, we didn't have time to talk to management. Even if we had talked, guess this is the standard of the bed linen. Also, there was bad smoke smell in one of the rooms and suffocating. * We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, when we were back the next night, the rooms were not cleaned. So, guess the Hotel doesn't have a cleaning policy per day at all. This makes the above point worse. * Quality of sleep : Make sure you do not get rooms near the Janitors' rooms. There was too much noise and had a very bad sleep due to noise coming from there whole night. * Size of Room : The room is too small. OK for one night stay. But if you are planning to spend day time then the room is very claustrophobic.

One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. First they gave us a room 113 which was completely with the smell of Smoke, in which we could not even enter. Then I went to reception and complained and they told they will put refresher spray in the room and tried to convince me to take that room. After so much effort , i asked to change the room and they gave me a room on the top floor 4th floor. I felt happy for that. But i did not know it would be much worse than the previous room. Exactly above my room no 411, they had their kitchen and utensils washing area. From 10 pm in the night they started throwing the vessels during washing in the kitchen and we heard the sound that someone was throwing the utensils on our head. I called and complained the reception twice, but they did not stop. Then i directly went to the kitchen which was above our floor (5th floor) at 2 am in the morning and asked the chef to stop the washing and let us sleep for sometime. But after i come down to room no 411, it started again . I went to the kitchen twice and requested them to stop. But it did not stop. So all 4 of us did not sleep till morning and we had the worst night of our life ever. I am sure the one in the reception who allotted us this room would have definitely known that this room had this complaint. Inspite of that he gave it for us. I am sure he has spoilt the hotel’s reputation to the core and I also dont know if the Hotel management knows it or not. Even after knowing that if the Hotel management is allowing it, then you are spoiling your hotel’s reputation. I am know a lot of members in the Hotel Association in Coimbatore and I am definitely going to complaint this irritating stay at Hash six Hotel. The Management need to take immediate action to save the Guests sleep and peacefulness.

GGuest UserWe stayed for a night during my business cum vacation trip. 1) room : room was exactly as shown in image. Properly cleaned and well organised. 2) restro : we had dinner and breakfast in hotel. Food was very tasty. Staff doesnot understand hindi and english so it was bit difficult to communicate with them. 3) bedsheet and blankets was very clean. 4) washroom : very clean and well organised and maintened.

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.
