This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room layout was the same as other Ibis hotels. The bed sheets had been washed, but there were several stains on them. I was disappointed that there were no disposable slippers. I guess it's a policy not to provide disposable slippers for Ibis hotels. This may be the standard for a 3 Star hotel.

Wonderful service at the restaurant specially breakfast with 3 types of Pongal fantastic service by Mr Vinod and Kishor Logesh raj dosa was very nice and thin they have mysure masala dosa as well that was amazing housekeeping Mr Abi***you and Hari , Pandi who was very helpful in keeping the rooms meet and clean Rohan and Rahul were very welcoming at the Front desk

I stayed for 4 nights and the stay was awesome experience my family members were having a very good time too the staff were very friendly live counter in breakfast and dinner for egg and pasta in the buffet food was very tasty restaurant staff always welcoming wiya smile special mention Vanna and vinod,logesh and kishor pream chef food was very tasty and housekeeping valla , Vani ,Anuja,Rohan was very helpful

Delicious food and good ambience at the restaurant. Service is also well good . Nice location for shopping near the LuLu hypermarket and city main place hotel is located. Rooms are also good and neat. Recommended to all All the staff were friendly All good . Nothing disappointed

It's a family get together a long time back. I came here for a dinner buffet It was a multi-cuisine buffet All foods were delicious and mouth watering especially the Tandoori chicken wings. About to mention the restaurant service as well all the staff are knowledgeable and doing with professionalism I saw here. It's a good experience in lbis. 10:37
