The hotel is very beautiful. I was fascinated by the animal specimens decorated inside. The hotel room was small, but the staff at the reception was very warm and friendly. I agreed that we had several meals in the hall. We mainly like the atmosphere of the hall. We also Drinking at the hotel, other hotels have a lot of rules, this hotel feels very relaxed, in the morning, I also happened to meet the sika deer, completely unprepared, very pleasant surprise, very close to the helicopter club, it is very convenient to go to the plane to visit, the scenic area is also very Nearly, driving for ten minutes, there is a Mexican restaurant on the opposite side that is very delicious. The location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.

Great customer service. Originally we had a problem with a faucet in our room, and they moved us to a different room. They apologized and made everything right. I highly recommend this hotel. All staff was very friendly. The pool is great. Access to Glen Canyon is very close.

I was SO blessed by the honesty of the workers at this hotel. I unknowingly left my house key ring and didn't discover the loss till 2 days later. Called hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!

A very lovely stay. Huge clean rooms with large and comfortable king bed, separate living room area, microwave and coffee machine in the room. There is a 24hour tea coffee making station at the lobby as well with takeaway paper cups. Breakfast was simple but good, including waffles, bagels, toasts, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, sauces and spread. Hot drinks and juices were served.

Nothing bad to say, the rooms are stunning and clean, the staff was very accommodating and kind. Beautiful property and many pools throughout the resort for ppl to use. I would come again My only wish is that there were more plates to accommodate the number of guests and utensils.

This is a great location for those passing through. I have stayed in 2000 and again in 2022 for a pre-Grand Canyon raft trip. Also good area for hiking and trout fishing. The hotel is rustic 70's however clean with good AC and hot showers ! They have a well stocked store and good diner serving breakfast to dinner

It is a small villa with all kitchen utensils and utensils. The sofa bed is not good, so it can only be used as a floor. Overall, it is worth staying in. Go to the supermarket to buy some vegetables and make them easily. It is very convenient and worth recommending.

Hotel was great, reasonable central location to big sightseeing areas. Fitness centre was ok. But the biggest downfall here for this hotel was the thin walls. We could hear voices/TVs at all hours (particularly mornings as lots of people were heading out early for tours). Could be just a joint room problem? Otherwise a very nice stay.

I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasurable stay. The place is amazing a destination lodge that happens to be surrounded by the beauty of Sedona. The gardens are well maintained and there is a great view everywhere you look. The staff really is outstanding and such a pleasure to speak with from the desk to the master gardener the bartender, Jess and the shuttle service they have is so wonderful to take you down the hill at your convenience. I felt so spoiled and had the best most relaxing time ever. Dream come true for me. Room #284 not even a garden room but the beauty right off our patio was so tranquil. In my humble opinion this is the only place you should consider staying…. Anywhere else is just a room.
