The stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable.
The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive.
Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.

This hotel screams delayed maintenance! In our room, the tub dripped water constantly from the faucet and the water could not be shut off. The sink's faucet was reversed (Hot water came out of the cold and cold came out of the hot), sheets were worn (the fitted sheet did not stay at the corner (elastic worn out) and at the bed, the bedframe had two metal brackets that came out (about 5 inches beyond the mattress) which could have been a very serious safety hazard if you would have bumped into them. At first glance you could not see the metal brackets as the "bed skirt" barely covered them. In essence the bed frame was wider than the mattress. As to concerns to the outside of the hotel - one of the doors to the outside and back of the hotel which is designed to be accessed via your room card key was broken. Anyone (not a paid guest) coming through the field located at the back of the hotel could get into the hotel. Just outside this door, the garbage can was over flowing with trash and trash was laying on the ground. This garbage can was in this condition without being emptied from the time we checked in Monday afternoon to Wednesday mid morning when we checked out. I reported all of these items to the front desk on the first day just after we checked out our room as well as Tuesday morning. The front desk employee did acknowledge that "yeah...that back door has been broken for a while". She said she would report the water dripping issues but she did not have a maintenance person on staff. She ended up getting a maintenance person from another property the hotel owner had and he came the next day to tighten the pipes so the water did not constantly drip. The metal brackets did not get remedied. My husband, in the middle of the night did hit one of those brackets and it left a nasty bruise. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The rooms are clean, the location is ideal if you want to venture to the Grand Canyon - just an hour's drive! There's a big Safeway supermarket pretty close by, and with the microwave and refrigerator, you're all set to make some simple meals in your room. The gym is 24/7, which is also very convenient.

The Ramada in Williams was a great stop after a day at the Grand Canyon. The person at the front desk was friendly and professional.
