Everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay, from check-in to valet parking to the restaurant waiters. The swimming pool is very clean. Our floor was quiet and the room was beautiful.

Cleveland, a beautiful city on the edge of the Great Lakes, accidentally saw a lot of tigers in the Year of the Tiger. The hotel is big and clean, and the breakfast is standard American breakfast.
