Great & super clean king size room facing the Cathedral and ”❤” light City building. Awesome staff and General Manager Louis. Super helpful and professional. Good breakfast for on the go. Perfect walking 5- 15 minutes walking from the majority downtown attractions like East 4th Street for food & shopping, Rock & Roll Hall of fame, the waterfront, the freedom stamp. Quick taxi or longer walk to Football stadium, NASA science center, Civic center, Library, ******, and the Flats. Had a lovely time discovering downtown area of Cleveland good vibes from everyone!

Very high-end hotel, the room is also very good, the service is also good, but it is a bit expensive, the breakfast is also OK, but it is not cheap. We are convenient, close to the exhibition hall, and directly reach it through the underground passage

Cleveland, a beautiful city on the edge of the Great Lakes, accidentally saw a lot of tigers in the Year of the Tiger. The hotel is big and clean, and the breakfast is standard American breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Have never heard of this hotel before but I will never go anywhere else now! Wonderful suite! Loved the fireplace Mattress was so comfy! Everything was perfect and the people working there were so incredibly kind and friendly! Awesome awesome awesome !!!

The hotel is a building with a bit of history, the corridors and rooms are quite large. There is a complimentary breakfast and dinner, and there are a few glasses of alcoholic drinks in each room, free popcorn. There is a parking fee of 28 US dollars per day at the entrance of the hotel. There are many other parking garages around the hotel, usually about 10 US dollars a day. Overall very good

The hotel was nice. That being said, there was a wedding party right next door that partied until 4 in the morning. In addition to that the hotel also charged my credit card twice so now Ive spent over 30 minutes of my time trying to get a refund.

The degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

郭郭The hotel on campus is great. Twin room, large and clean, suitable for children, no extra bed. Starbucks coffee and breakfast on the first floor are very convenient. The nearby museum is well worth seeing, walking on foot, the campus is beautiful, and there is time to listen to the concert.

GGuilfordThe bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Our room was quiet and very clean, but the best part of our stay was the delicious complementary breakfast. We travel a lot and we always dread the free breakfast. They're usually stale doughnuts and weak coffee. The Holiday Inn Express, downtown Cleveland has a wonderful free breakfast buffet. Sausage gravy and biscuits, French toast, pancakes, pork sausage links, turkey sausage patties, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, four kinds of juice, hot coffee, chocolate and white milk, toast, bagels, pastries and oatmeal. We will stay here whenever we're in Cleveland. We love this place!

GGuest UserThe stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !

AAhgusReasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.

AaimrMy child is studying at Case Western Reserve, so I booked this hotel. This hotel is in the city of Cleveland, about 5 kilometers away from Case. The hotel is also located in the school area, opposite the various buildings of Cleveland State University. The hotel has a large parking lot and multiple dining facilities nearby, which makes it convenient to eat. The hotel itself provides breakfast in the morning, which is simple and effective. The hotel itself is on Euclid Street, and Case Western Reserve is also on the same street, so it is convenient to drive all the way down. The accommodation experience is still good.
