It was great! Within walking distance to all our activities. The parking was a little steep at 39$ for the night plus tipping. But the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. 10 min. Walk to rock n roll hall of fame. Lots of eating places to walk to. Just wish the valet wasn't so pricey. Didn't use the in and out so just sat there for 2 nights. Should be cheaper for that. Overall a great place to stay.

The service is very friendly and it is very convenient to walk to the Rocket Stadium in about 10 minutes. The parking lot at the hotel is too expensive. I parked in a parking lot 6 minutes away from the hotel for only $3 a night. When I returned to the hotel at night, I had to swipe my card to enter the lobby door, which made me feel safe. The window of the room I stayed in faced the church. There was a scheduled bell in the morning, which would affect my sleep. The hotel lobby provides 24-hour coffee.

We came to Cleveland by train. Arrival time is still early. I wanted to temporarily store my luggage. We checked in again in the afternoon. We were checked in directly at the counter and received breakfast. Service beyond imagination. It's so sweet.
