This was not a good experience. Waited about 15 minutes+ to be told there was a fee for early check in by 2 hours. Both here and later, they seemed to prioritize phone calls over actual guests. While I waited, two kids were absolutely screaming and running wild in the lobby, which wouldn't be noteworthy except I think I saw them later with an employee in context that suggests they are related.
When I came back to check in, the cover on the bed was filthy (see photos). I asked for a change and was told I couldn't change rooms because I "used" it by using the bathroom. I asked for the sheets to be changed then, waited an hour, no one came. When I went down again, (because the phone was broken) I was told only the cover needs to be changed because they don't change them. I did all for a full change repeatedly but he just kept explaining they only needed to change the cover. I had to leave though, and was just exhausted with dealing with the front desk at this point. The cover was changed when I got back, thankfully, but I'm still not sure about the sheets.
All in all, I'm really glad I only stayed here one night.
