We are starting our 3rd week of staying here. We are here for medical treatment and wanted a place that felt like home. There is plenty of space. The almost full sized kitchen is so handy. Having a dishwasher is great! There are plenty of places to store your things including a nice closet. We love the bedroom and you can shut the door. The bed is very comfy! There is a separate area with a sofa bed, table, etc. 2 very nice TV's. The people who work here have been so nice. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a grab and go bag due to covid. They have good hot coffee though. There is a place to do laundry, a gym, a basketball court and a pool. The pool isn't open yet but it looks like a nice area. Sonesta is located in a bit of an industrial area but it is very close to stores and restaurants. We love it here!

Customer service is wonderful here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and beds were comfy too! Jacob deserves a raise he was so great! We will be back next time we are around. The location is great too close to many food options and close to kings island theme park

So I book a room like 2 to 3 days ago. I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed. So I traveled about 2 to 3 hours to get here. I get to the location about 12am to check in on 3-4-2023 which would have been 3-5-2023. So I go in and the guy that is working is outside smoking said we are booked. I said I have a reservation. So he went inside and I gave him my name. He said in a rude manner we are sorry, we didn't have any cleaning people to clean your room. So I said can't you clean it. Sorry I don't know how to clean, in a rude manner. This guy's looks like he was in his early 20s. He didn't help at all. When I was trying to find another hotel, he was on his Bluetooth phone talking very loudly to someone about how they didn't have any hot water for over 2 weeks, they didn't have many rooms with working tvs, the pool wasn't working. He was also talking bad about his boss Arron the manager that he was the one that didn't have anyone to work on a Saturday. He also said that the hotel had to cancel like 30 or 40 reservations that day, but that hotel DID NOT get ahold of me. I always have my phone on, no matter what. So disappointed. I have a special needs child that if things don't go right, it's a nightmare, we'll it was a nightmare. I will be calling corporate about all of this. This needs to fixed. I had to find another hotel. I am still waiting on my return on this hotel. If I could I would not even give them a 1. ZERO OUT OF 5.

We stayed here for three days while touring Cincinnati. Check-in was the worst part of the stay. There was a guest smoking on the front porch right under the no smoking sign. We told the front desk clerk and she told me that some people just won't obey the rules. Her problem to enforce, not mine. Then, we were unable to connect any of our devices to the wi-fi in the first room we were assigned, which was at the far end of a long hallway. I could connect in the lobby and at the near end of the hall, but I could see the number of bars going down as I walked down the hall. Back to the desk. She told me (1) that this was not possible as they had been full over the weekend, and had no complaints (2) all she could do was give me the hotel's tech support number to call. Really??! It took me some pretty serious insisting to get her to move our room to the near end of the hallway, amid much complaining on her part. OK, the rest of the stay was pretty good. Our second room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but good - decent choice of hot and cold items. The neighborhood is basically near-in suburban on a busy E-W road; low-end restaurant chains nearby and a reasonable drive to better options. Despite the proximity, it's not terribly convenient to downtown, but between the construction and the traffic, I don't think there IS a good way to get to downtown Cincinnati. I'd stay there again, but I'd shop around first.

Location great Price is fair depending on what type of room you want/need Rooms are nice, and CLEAN Beds are nice and comfy. The rooms are big so there is room for my puppy to be able to have some room to play, also PETS STAY free! There is a lot of places to eat or choose from! STAFF IS AMAZING compared to the Motel 6 (don’t waste your money on motel 6)down the road. Definitely recommend

Worst overnight experience ever. At 1:30 am a drunk woman opens the door and walks in to our room, waking up my wife, 3 children and me. I tell her to leave then lock the deadbolt. A few minutes later someone else (turns out to be hotel staff) attempt to FORCE their way in (thanks goodness it was locked this time) before demanding my name. I get dressed and go to the front desk only to meet the drunk woman and her male friend as well as the staff person who tried to force his way in. Apparently they checked us into the “wrong” room, so they’d given drunk lady a key to the room we were in. Staff member could not care less that my children were traumatized wondering why someone was trying to get into our room TWICE in the middle of the night. This is a serious safety concern, and is the way that people get hurt or worse. Will never stay anywhere near a Baymont Inn again.

I stayed at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and it was really great. The staff were friendly, the room was big and had everything I needed, and the free breakfast was yummy. They also had a gym and a place to do work, which was handy. I think it's a really good place to stay if you want a nice and easy time.

JjodsquadOne of the best hotels we've ever stayed at and we highly recommend! Pretty much perfect from the front to desk to the room. Super clean every where inside and out. The rooms have exactly what you need and we had a nice e view from the 4th floor. Breakfast was delicious and good options, ever for people like me who don't eat meat & dairy (variety of bagels, english muffins, oatmeal with dried fruit / nuts, mini muffins and more). Only issue was that there were no pool sticks at the pool table...staff said they were broken. Can't wait to stay at another Tru in the future, for another soccer tournament or anything else.

GGuest UserSo I book a room like 2 to 3 days ago. I was supposed to get a room with 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed. So I traveled about 2 to 3 hours to get here. I get to the location about 12am to check in on 3-4-2023 which would have been 3-5-2023. So I go in and the guy that is working is outside smoking said we are booked. I said I have a reservation. So he went inside and I gave him my name. He said in a rude manner we are sorry, we didn't have any cleaning people to clean your room. So I said can't you clean it. Sorry I don't know how to clean, in a rude manner. This guy's looks like he was in his early 20s. He didn't help at all. When I was trying to find another hotel, he was on his Bluetooth phone talking very loudly to someone about how they didn't have any hot water for over 2 weeks, they didn't have many rooms with working tvs, the pool wasn't working. He was also talking bad about his boss Arron the manager that he was the one that didn't have anyone to work on a Saturday. He also said that the hotel had to cancel like 30 or 40 reservations that day, but that hotel DID NOT get ahold of me. I always have my phone on, no matter what. So disappointed. I have a special needs child that if things don't go right, it's a nightmare, we'll it was a nightmare. I will be calling corporate about all of this. This needs to fixed. I had to find another hotel. I am still waiting on my return on this hotel. If I could I would not even give them a 1. ZERO OUT OF 5.

WwilliamcR5411DPThe potential for this to be a great hotel/ inn is there, rooms are dated but clean, no signs of any bugs anywhere, house cleaning does a good job, where I lost respect for the company is the hosting staff and management, the night host has a hard time counting to 5 and lost a payment for a 5 night stay causing management to harass my wife for payment while I was at work,trying to straighten things out after work the same night host could only take payment for 1 night because 4 more nights confused him (his words) the management did nothing to help out or make things right for harassing my wife, another time the second shift host (a college aged boy) couldn't read the computer screen to see our pet but was able to understand that I needed 2 keys, needless to say after management realised that they made a mistake they started calling my wife till I was able to come in and make a payment, while taking to the night host I was told I could talk to the manager in the morning, I asked what good this would do me and I was told ”nothing ”. to me this behavior is unprofessional and doesn't belong in the service industry, if I don't charge a customer for a part on their car that's on me not my customers,

JJohnny SI came to get a little peace and quiet for 8 days .. I realized that I had no lights in the restroom ,so I spoke to the front and they said they will get on it..My peace ended when I noticed my car was being told for parking backwards..The lady at the front desk never made it clear to not park backwards..She only said! Make sure the parking pass was visible..I was lying in bed and kept hearing something backing back in forth..So I ran out the door with only my drawers on to stop the guy from towing my car..And their little towing sticker says the car wasn’t going to be towed until 9am ,but the guy wanted 75 dollars to drop my car.. At the time it was 1am..Satan definitely was here this night ..My blood pressure went high to the roof,because I came for peace and they took my peace away from me..This is a game and their making plenty of towing fees off of it..

GGuest UserI've stayed here multiple times. It's always the cheapest hotel on hotels.com. My ex and I used to stay sometimes twice a week (I have 3 children at home, and his sister and her 3 kids lived with him). The clerk even laughed at me once bc he saw me in there so much. The rooms are what you would expect, for $40 after taxes, (although rates keep going up and it's now about $50.) There are maybe 2 or 3 ”nicer” rooms here. By ”nicer” I mean nicer than THEIR other rooms. They are not nice at all compared to pretty much any other hotel, ever,. The 1 that you can tell is hand painted pictures on the wall, but unfortunately there are shapes drawn where the lining is terribly off in places and you definitely notice it, and it will drive you crazy! Most rooms, including the ”fake nicer” ones, have no fridge or microwave. Several rooms have no remotes for the TV. I've been in at least 1 room that had no TV. (I don't watch television, so I prefer this room, actually). The chord to the phone, was literally duct taped on to the phone! Pretty much any surface that used to be white, is yellow stained now, from all the nicotine, and there are dark orange cigarette burn marks on most sink edges and countertop edges and even on the top of some of the toilet lids. Even non-smoking rooms are like this and ALL OF THE ROOMS smell of stale cigarettes. Even with the non smoking rule, there are multiple people that will open the front window and just smoke straight from the bed. Many people live here full time and are extra comfortable doing this and I've seen it during every stay. Several of the toilet tops are slanted (your guess is as good as mine as to why). But if you sit your drink or phone on the back, The beds in a couple rooms are actually directly against the air/heating unit, directly next to the window. I've never seen anything like it before, and it seemed like it would be a fire hazard, if the heat were on. Most carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in 2 decades (and I'd bet $500 it hasn't been). Sane with the curtains and the sheets and bed cover; ALL of which are still in rotation, with crusty, gaping cigarette holes in them. I've never seen any bugs, outside of spiders and stink bugs, that I can say. But I'm also a very clean person. The scum of the area, either lives or frequents here. 1 time when I stayed with my daughter here, a woman was screaming at us in the parking lot that it crackheads stay there and kept asking my teenage daughter if I was trafficking her and asking if she needed help. She was definitely on some hard drugs, and the owner told me that she was angry bc she'd been asked to vacate the property. I believe that more negative reviews haven't been posted bc people know what to expect when they come here. Especially locals, and those who live in the hotel.
