Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

Check in was excellent, very little way time, the amenities were plentiful and on time. No photos

Loved the complimentary bar food and free drinks! Nice touch.

We were unable to use the pool/hot tub due to so many children in the pool and hot tub using pool floats. We witnessed 10 children staying in two rooms with two adults on our floor during our stay. At one point they all went to the pool area and they all had large pool floats. The number of unattended children made it impossible to partake in the 5pm break time/drinks/popcorn. Basically we stayed in our room because the main floor was so crowded. There was popcorn everywhere on the floor in the hallways. Children were using the elevators like toys going up and down in groups without any adults present. Letting 5+ children stay in one room and having birthday parties in hotel rooms while people are trying to rest/relax is counter productive. I have had better stays at a days inn hotel with cleaner facilities and pool area. The free food and drinks we couldn't partake in due to so many people and children running around did not make this worth the stay. For such a nice looking hotel it was ruined by staff allowing children to run around and not caring about other paying customers. We will not be returning to a Drury Inn if this is how business is conducted. If we wanted to be surrounded with unattended children we would have stayed at Great Wolf Lodge not far from here.

Great place to stay. Great staff, comfortable beds. Love all the extras they offer that other hotels don’t. Only issues we had was that the bathroom door didn’t close (not a deal breaker)

Room in good, claen shape. Manager at Sharonville graciously transferred our stay to the Mason location as the only reason we were staying somewhere was to enjoy a hot tub. The pool/hot tub at sharonville was closed for remodel.

I did not stay there and ended up booking elsewhere through another hotel provider. Received a call on the afternoon of the booking “reminding” me that the pool and hot tub were not functioning. I feel that should’ve been communicated at booking at least a week before, and not the day of. As a hot tub was what I was most looking forward to, I opted for a different hotel.

I believe that people are living in this hotel. It was overcrowded with crazy people and supposedly birthday parties. But it looked like one adult to 20 children. That seemed homeless.

Coffee was not refilled in our room. The pillows were left on the bed and the sheets pulled over them. Looked like a body was in the bed when we returned to our room.
