If you’re looking for a resort type spa hotel, this is not your place, but, if you’re looking for a funky, fun, different adventure, this is the place for you. The owners of this as well as the people who work there, are absolutely fantastic. They love all animals and our cat and dog were welcome with open arms. We woke up to the most beautiful sight; Peacocks everywhere strutting their stuff. Breakfast was absolutely lovely and we got to meet some really wonderful, adventure seeking folks. There are different themed rooms as well as a couple of cabins. We stayed in the Oriental Room which was absolutely beautiful & met all our needs. Sheets & bed were super lush & comfortable. This is located between Goldfield and Tonopah; perfect stop when traveling through Death Valley. We liked it so much that we almost changed our trip to stay an extra day but decided that we would do that on the way back in the fall. So looking forward to returning there! I highly recommend this place for those who like unique experiences.
A nicely kept hotel, very comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, good variety of high quality food items. Stayed five nights, only concern was with the laundry facilities which could use an update. We misplaced a set of keys which were turned in. Staff on duty made several attempts to contact us while we were out and had them ready for us when we returned.
A family of 4, we traveled the great State of Nevada inching closer to our 50 States traveled. We checked into the Belvada in the afternoon by a wonderful, inviting woman who was busy making plans for a Ghost Tour later in the evening. When we arrived in the room that was clean and historic, we noticed it was dry and warm. We adjusted the air controls and felt the A/C would kick in. We left and had an amazing dinner across the street at the Mizpah their sister Hotel. Both complexes are family run and the hospitality is genuine. When we returned later that evening, no one was downstairs (she was on a ghost tour) so we continued to our room. Upon entering, we quickly found out the A/C was not working, and it was 90+ outside. So we opened the windows and slept that night out of the covers. It was not a favorable experience, but the Hotel and staff made up for the inconvenience. I later emailed the owners about our misfortunes and they apologized at great lengths offering us restitutions. The owners were very nice and informed us for future travel, the A/C was getting fixed soon. I just can't give the Hotel 5 stars knowing they knew the A/C was down and failed to offer us rooms where the A/C was working. It was noted on several other reviews there was a A/C issue recently 2024 that I was not aware of since I booked this out a year ago when the A/C was working properly. Maybe next time we are in Town we'll try it again and give it 5 stars. But until then I recommend a stay at the Belvada (I'm sure the A/C is fine now) and I can't say enough good things about the staff and cleanliness of both establishments.
With few hotels near Death Valley that allow dogs, we chose Longstreet Inn. While we weren't into the ****** aspect, we ended up enjoying our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the food in the cafe was very good. It's a little dated, decor-wise, and smoking is allowed in the lobby/bar/casino (which is just really one big room). Not being smokers, that was a bit of a negative for us. But smoking is not allowed in the rooms, or anywhere else so it was fine. Our doggie was happy too:)
Excellent experience at the Best Western! I had a film I was doing in the area! Very clean, enjoyed a very good free breakfast, staff extremely friendly, e joyed the workout area, I would come back with my family! Thank you for a very good experience!
GGuest UserCan't say enough about the staff, they were very courteous and friendly. The bed, linens and pillows, amazingly comfortable, the only trouble...the Million Candlepower lights that hung outside my room on the 3rd floor. The first evening in I woke up thinking it forgot to get dark out!! The curtains do not fit the windows properly therefore the blinding light illuminated the room all night. Nights 2 and 3 were much better as I utilized the over abundance of hair clips I brought. 5 of them kept the curtains pulled shut and with the help of the 2 chairs pushed up and pinning the heavy duty blinds against the wall I was able to make it pitch black in there and nail down two AWESOME nights of sleep. I would recommend bringing clothespins if you don't wear hair accessories. The coffee with the continental breakfast is wonderful!! I'm not much of a breakfast person so I can't remark on that even though everyone I observed seemed to be enjoying it, there appeared to be a nice selection. The gal running the breakfast seemed very attentive to keeping things stocked and very clean, she was on the go each morning I appeared there. I will definitely reserve here again on future business trips. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay, much unlike I never experienced by staying at two ”other” establishments on prior trips.
GGuest UserCasino hotel, good service, friendly service staff. The only thing is that I have to charge an extra 10 dollars for service fees and the like. The downside is that during the epidemic, I felt that it was not suitable to live in such a fully enclosed hotel. At that time, I was hesitating whether to check in, but it was too late to find other hotels. Before I live, I have thoroughly disinfected and sprayed anti-virus to let the children in.
ZZHENGHUAA big town with a good surrounding environment, many shops, and casinos, of course, the premise is to have a car. If there is no car, it will be more troublesome, and the overall overdue is exceeded.
RreviewerUSAUKWe have stayed here before but this time the initial experience was different because we checked in and the room had no working air con, certainly no cold air. The temperature outside was 98F. We brought this to the attention of reception and they sent someone to take a look and that person agreed the room was too hot to stay in. The reception gave us another room on the second floor, the initial room was on the third floor. The second room was fine. I did hear there was some issues with the air con on the third floor so anyone wanting to stay I would advise against the third floor(top floor). Thats the bad news now things got better the room was clean and what we would expect. The staff were friendly and reception was pretty good too. I do recall that this Motel was named in a science fiction book ”It Started In Tonopah” So its a little famous now. Yes I recommend this hotel its right next to Death Valley and not far from the Motel is a Denny's and that was excellent. Take a look round Beatty while your there and remember to fill up with gas while in Beatty as its almost $3 cheaper than in Death Valley
SSightseer57270054812We stayed at The Stage Coach Hotel and ****** while on our trip to Death Valley. The Palm Trees surrounding The Stage Coach Hotel & ****** gave it a very tropical look. The rate was fair and the rooms were nice. Yes I would stay there again in the future, God Willing. Thanks Bill
