The staff at Vanllee is amazing. So kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Angelina, Manning, and Fernando were the best! The pool was fantastic and the kids loved staying there. I would definitely come back!

No breakfast, room is big enough

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

This hotel is not bad. I booked the wrong room. The bed was not good and I booked a small one. But I can still sleep in it. It has complete facilities and good hygiene. The environment is very good. There are several big supermarkets nearby and many restaurants. It is right next to the highway. , the service is also very good.

The location is good. There was a Chinese team on the first day and Chinese porridge was available, which was very good. It is right next to Highway 10, making travel very convenient.

The hotel we usually stay for a yearly conference in had no availability this time. I had spend quite a bit of time researching and based on criteria important to me decided on Best Western in West Covina. I didn’t expect much, and was really impressed with cleanliness, quietness and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again especially if all the Covid protocols go away and we’d be able to use the jacuzzi and have a better breakfast.

I chose this motel because of it's location to the university we were touring. I expected better quality for the price they were charging. The evening clerk seemed like she couldn't be bothered to check me in. I was handed the room key, and the remote to the TV. The room was very small. The A/C was very noisy and it was either blowing very cold air or when it stopped, it was very hot. You also had to flip a switch to turn on the refrigerator. The queen sized bed seemed more like a double bed. I don't expect much from a continental breakfast - just something small and simple. The Americas Best Value Inn provided a gallon of milk, 2 kinds of cereals, packaged pastry and watered down coffee and watered down apple juice. I can see why they didn't have many guests or return customers. I will stay elsewhere, if my son decides to attend the university in Azusa.

Very comfortable, there are no public transportation facilities around, there is a fast food restaurant opposite, hotel services are in place, are all OK
