GGuest UserThis is a beautiful old world establishment house. It is very clean, and close to where I was visiting friends. This is my second time staying at this house and I recommend it to anyone who would like a bit of flair of the old South.
It is very well kept, with tons of amenities, and very quick check-in service. Quick response from the owner.
Thanks again John, for a wonderful stay. Hope to stay here again on my next visit to Shreveport.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms in the old-fashioned luxury hotel are spacious, and I especially like the bright and clean bathroom. The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpet. The big bed is very comfortable, the lobby is warm and luxurious, and the casino is also fun. The hotel is located in a good location by the river, and the parking building is also very convenient. In short, it is worth staying there for two days on the weekend. The price-performance ratio is good.

GGuest UserStaff was excellent. Room disappointing. Was put in a handicap room, which I don't think I booked and the tv didn't work. Staff was very very efficient and moved us to another room where the heater didn't work. Staff was above and beyond, breakfast was fantastic. The room was not what I expected.

MMichonI have stayed at this hotel several times for business. I was disappointed with this stay based on the toilet not flushing and when I called the front desk she advised that maintenance would be sent up, after waiting 20 minutes I called back and was told that we would have to move to another room without being told prior to my follow up call to see how long it was going to take maintenance to come up.
This was just a very disappointing experience.

YYongFree parking is available from the 20th highway. There are gas stations around, dining. The room is quite big, the health is OK, the breakfast is quite satisfactory. Overall, it is recommended.

GGuest UserThe front desk person swiped my card even though everything was paid for and it deleted the payment, however she still took care of me and my needs, made sure my daughter and I were comfortable. She also handled the business with trip.com for me. That’s why I stay here everytime I visit!
