Find the Cheap Alanya Hotels

We arrived at approx 2am , check in was quick and easy with porter service , we were given a snack box which was a nice touch. We were advised that All Inclusive was 10.00 to 23.00, the drinks on offer were more disappointing than the time restrictions as I prefer a cocktail to beer or spirits but these were not included. The hotel itself is nice and clean in all areas but is a bit dated. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is only 1 English news channel which is representative and boring. The pool area is small but clean , sunbeds were available for us but on our final day (12th) a sign went up to say you can no longer reserve sunbeds, we had witnessed several days with towels on beds but no one was on them for several hours. Bring your own radio as only 1 speaker works. Whilst the staff work very hard I agree with previous reviews, the majority of the staff seem more attentive to their German clients. After a few days of us being here we were asked if we'd like refills but this was hot and miss with staff. We were here for the Euros and all other nations flags were displayed except the English. The food was disappointing, breakfast choices were particularly poor aimed at the German market, it would have been nice for an English breakfast once or twice during our 10 day stay. Dinner and tea were hit and miss too, some we're very tasty and some looked tasty but we're bland. We'd expected entertainment every evening but only saw 3 acts, we'd not want to be here with young children as there isn't anything for them to do on an evening. The hotel is close to lots of shops and we did enjoy walks in various directions after our evening meal. There is a book exchange however 97% German, I did leave my two books and was greatful that two more English books were left. A nice quiet spot but unfortunately it's not somewhere we'd return to.

I am very happy with this city hotel. Very clean apartments. Very good service. Very good location. HOUSEKEEPING LADIES which were looking after 203 apartment during our stay 13/09/23-20/09/23 are very thoughtful because they saw that we had no kettle in our room and they brought it to us without even being asked. We were very pleasantly surprised and happy. You can tell this way that they cared about us to make sure we are comfortable. It's rare to find this usually. We left tips for them when we left the hotel, I hope housekeeping ladies found it. Honestly, I cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel. Very nice cafe downstairs, however, we had no chance to visit it because we were having take away food from other places and cooking ourselves. I definitely RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

Went for a relaxing week away and that’s not what we got . Hotel was over run by 2 maybe 3 young football teams . The boys overtook the restaurant and I saw them handle food then put it back . They were also really roudy at pool and in rooms at night . My husband had to go to reception twice to report the noise (doors slamming and shouting etc) Food was truly rotten , not labelled so didn’t have a clue what it was or for people with allergies it was dangerous. Chef looked as if he could be the maintenance man as he was not in whites . No toaster which would have been a godsend as I might have ate something. Pool was murky looking and never once in a week did we witness it getting cleaned or any samples being taken . Staff rude . Tip boxes all over dining room as well as at front desk . Dirty plates lying on stairwell . Poor all inclusive drinks , no whisky or brandy or white rum . Holiday was not expensive but probably average for a week in Turkey . It was definitely a letdown to say the least and I recommend anyone to avoid .

We three Finnish women spent lovely week in this hotel in October 2024. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic on Cleopatra Beach. The beach is just across the road and the hotel beach has a good atmosphere. Our room met all expectations and we were very satisfied. Staff absolutely lovely, very friendly and good service. We liked the food very much, very delicious. There were always lots of salads and vegetables on the table. The hotel is very clean and the room was well cleaned every day. We are planning our next trip to this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we were impressed. It is very clean and modern. We arrived at midnight and were checked in within 5 minutes. We were offered food as well. The rooms are clean and modern. I found the bed a little hard but that's personal preference. The beach is a 10 min walk but they also run a shuttle bus numerous times a day. The food is AMAZING, even for someone as fussy as me, I ate a meal every night. So much choice and salads and desserts too. The pool area was lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and even when we got down at 9.30am-10am, we still had a choice. There is no snack bar for the all inclusive but every day at 4.30pm there is a wide selection of cake and some fresh fruit. I've never eaten so much cake 🤣 I love the idea that outside the room with your room number, is an illuminated panel. There are switches inside the room that you can illuminated red for no entry and green which is a lady with a mop which means you want your room cleaned. Best invention ever!! WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel. The only downside to this hotel and that's not their fault is the distance from Antayla airport, it's around 2 hours straight. We had a shuttle transfer and it took nearly 3 hours, there was a 15 min toilet/snack stop which made it a bit more bearable. I'd 100% recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

I am writing on behalf of many of your your Hotel guests who are very upset of the animal cruelty witnessed at your hotel. If you were not aware already you had a cat with kittens living between buildings B and C next to the security guard station. Suddenly the mother cat and some of the kittens were taken away however 3 kittens were missed. Your senior security Porter was clearly concerned about the situation and in the end approx 4-5 wks ago someone put the remaining kittens inside a plastic box. Although the box had some holes in it, a secure lid was placed on top. At this time the outdoor temperatures were close to 50c and having kittens in a plastic box with a lid on for 3 days is clear torturing animals and clear cruelty. We heard the kittens from the balcony and it was torture not only for me but other guests having to hear animals being tortured this way. I asked the senior porter the following morning if the kittens had been killed and he claimed they were taken to animal refuge house. All of us have sincere doubts about this. We, as your guests feel strongly you should know how this incident has influenced us and tarnished your hotel reputation. Same as humans, animals have the right to live without cruelty and this incident has sadly ruined our stay.
