We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

Quality price ratio for 4 days is CORRECT but without any more Major problem the kitchen staff is poor, I don't know whether it's the wake that bothers them or not, but if you don't like what you're doing changes of job. The beginning of a day is thought to be pleasant, and thanks to these ladies it is the opposite, we are attacked when there is no more coffee, believe that we will have to give it back to ourselves as we have the orange juice, the milk, ect... Otherwise it's overwhelming the little you will have because the coffee machines are never filled, and the cold coffee in the percolator is IMMONDE, and for breakfast you don't hope to eat your hungry because apart from bread, a butter stick , a banana and a yaourt you'll have nothing else shortly except that, the cleanness of the rooms is not incredible but it is correct, it's also bad that the terraces are shared but good is a youth hostel Fin word de l'histoire, it was not incredible at all

This is a terrible hotel if you are in Lisbon for business for three reasons (the generally rude staff aside). 1. There are no irons in the hotel, at all. Not in the room, not in an ironing room and they do not keep any for use in housekeeping or reception. When asked we were told 'welcome to capitalism you can pay to have your clothes ironed by an external service with 48 hour turn around'. For business people staying one night or even two this is ridiculous if you cannot even iron a shirt. 2. There is no coffee or tea or kettle in the rooms, and no coffee freely available in the foyer, so my 5 am meeting in my room was sans coffee - it may not bother people on holidays but this is pitching itself as a conference hotel with guests who would come from overseas so this is not acceptable. 3. There are no PowerPoints at the bedside tables (let alone USB connections), again very inconvenient when an alarm needs to be set if your phone is not fully charged after a long work day. (4. I said there was only 3 but the bed was uncomfortably hard and had some child's plastic lining on it under the sheet that was pretty amateur when proper mattress protectors are available)

We hhave had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the last 6 nights. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to a King. The staff - front desk, bar and restaurant- were lovely and very helpful. The bed was comfy (the main reason I book with Hilton). We had a small issue wiht our balcony door which was quickly remedied. The hotel is located in a residential area, across from a great msueum Uber is inexpensive in Lisbon and if you are fit, the tourist area is about a 20 - 25 minute walk. I read a few other reviews full of complaints, but I can't think anything that wasn't top notch here.

I was really delighted by this hotel. The rooms are comfortable with a lot of charm. The staff is really friendly and professional. Good breakfast buffet you can have on the terrace if the weather is nice. The library on 3rd floor with the terrace is a great addition. There also complimentary coffee and snacks available all day. Would definitively stay again at this location if I go back to Lisbon.

GGuest UserYou get what you expect, but sometimes it gets exceeded. We booked this nice hotel by chance. Due to Corona we were unable to go to Spain, instead we had to look for an alternative and luckily we found this great hotel! Honestly, I think we found a better place instead of Mallorca and the only time we got disappointed was when we realized: time is over, we have to go back home. The new hotel offers all comfort you are looking for. Despite of the fact that the amazing rooms are spacious and full of high quality materials, also the hotel ground is carefully designed. The beds are cozy, all is clean and the room-service is perfect. Each room has a minibar with reasonable prices. Enough storage space is given. The shower works perfect, also inside of the bathroom you have enough space to put your stuff in. The room itself is sound-proof except the doors. If there is some noise outside you might hear it until people are gone into their rooms. However, that is the only point of critics. The restaurant is also spacious and you feel cozy while having a lunch or dinner, the swimming pool is huge and also nice designed. There are also enough sun-beds and umbrellas. All dishes can be eaten on the terrace and lounge area close to the pool. Wherever you are, the Wi-Fi Connection is working perfect and really fast. The breakfast is great! Nothing to complain about. Fresh juices, warm dishes either from buffet or a la minute can be ordered. Due to Corona the buffet is not accessible by you but you get served from the absolute friendly staff. These guys (ladies and gentlemen) do a great job to make you feel comfortable and cozy. A warm welcome was given to us at the reception when we arrived the first day. It continued each day when we met someone else from the staff. We also loved it to have a private chat with them from time to time. Thanks also to the lady who we kept busy providing us a table outside on the terrace at breakfast time each morning. Even the tables and chairs were wet each morning she took care that we got a dry one. Even on rainy Thursday morning she expected us with a welcome “I was waiting for you …” - with a big smile on her face knowing quite well we would not sit outside when it is raining – *lol*. Conclusion: great hotel, great staff, great style. Perfect place and a strong recommendation from us to visit this hotel!

GGuest UserWe loved every minute of our stay there, this had become our hotel in Lisbon for the last 2 years Great newly refurbished hotel, located on a hill overlooking the ocean and the Lisbon golf. Rooms are fairly sized (circa 35sqm), and half are facing the ocean view. The staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. The hotel has plenty of free parking, and 1 heated 25m long pool, a spa, a 20 m external pool, next to a bar and a kids wadding pool. The rooms are well insulated, you can't hear a noise and spotless This hotel is just pure serenity, despite being locates 26mns drive from the center, I prefer to stay here and relax and drive RT to the city.

GGuest UserGot relocated to this hotel after our chosen one was no longer available. Very underwhelmed by it. Staff were friendly but there was a lack of customer service skills. Food was ok for buffet food. Plenty of choice. Pool area was dangerous lots of broken and uprooted tiles and slabs.one of our party tripped on one and was lucky not to end up in cracking their head open meant to the pool. Kids pool closed off with bits hanging from it. Towels were put out on sunbeds (only around 40 ) for a hotel that has 8 floors and then not used til early afternoon when the sun hits the pool. Meant we had to sit on The broken tiles . Bath was mouldy and toilets didn’t flush very well. If you get the back of hotel expect to see people weeing against cars , dogs barking and bin men early every morning. Hotel is in a windy area so make sure you don’t get hit by a flying umbrella like several guests were during our stay. Would think they would have sorted this problem out with the amount of times people were hit by them. Also beware of the buckets In Reception that were there for our whole duration without anything being done to rectify the problem. Don’t come here with high expectations

GGuest UserThe staff is wonderful, i came with my 2 kids, and we had 3 single beds. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom size is correct, not too small, and not too big. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast bufet is very nice and complete. Thanks again to the staff who are very helpful and kind. The walk to the beach is 5 min, the beach is very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!
