The room is superb, clean, smell good and big. The balcony with breathtaking view. The staff is so polite and best service given to each guest. The restaurant is super good (you must try the steak). I am sure, I will return to relax in this hotel again. Let the photo attached speak for itself ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, itโs a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they donโt have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but itโs hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee, and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).
I was already checked out, The Front desk office called me and informed me that I forgot to pay for the food room service that we ordered which I also oversee, but my point was that I waited for how many minutes because they were already checking my accounting but still wasn't included yet when she cleared me. upon calling she instructed me to deposit via bank transfer and send the proof to their email but the email that she sent was incorrect and kept on bouncing back to me and she kept on calling and following it up if I already pay the balance, which for me its no longer my fault because she has all the time to check my transaction and return to my initial deposit.

The location is really great. Very close to Burnham Park, City Market, GoodTaste Restaurant, Puregold, Watsons, and other food kiosks. They donโt have air-conditioner but there are fans available. They allow pets (500 per pet per night). The view is great too.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prime hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's prime location is one of its greatest assets. The hotel is also conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to get around the city.
Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

ZZaverusWe upgraded the room to a suite at around an extra 30% because the booked room was a little small, great view and near the mall, but is a little pricey
GGuest UserIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!
GGuest UserAn enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night
IiamERICA0326Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk ๐ But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! ๐
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! ๐ Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! ๐
Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! ๐ซถ Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!
GGuest UserWe requested the changes in our booking through Ms. Katherine Perez last Saturday, 18 May 2024. We informed her that since my sister and her husband confirmed to join us , hence we requested for the revision of our reservation. We told her we saw the ad that costs P7,500 in one room and we would like to avail that promo. She assisted us for the booking and informed us that we will be paying additional amount of P3,375.00 which we agreed to pay upon check in. She only emphasized to us that we can no longer avail for the privilege discount of the seniors since we are already availing the hotel''s promo. She even sent us an email as proof of the balance amount we have to settle.
However, when we arrived at the check in counter, they are already charging us extra for the 4th person which is not what was discussed to us by Ms. Perez. In the end, we are at the losing end and just have no choice but to pay because she was not allowed by Mr. Cabajar, Assistant Front Office Manager to speak to us to give clarification about the matter.
There's no problem for us to pay the right amount as long as it is properly disclosed with us in the beginning .
It is even our wedding anniversary that we chose your hotel for us to celebrate and unwind. We didn't expect that we will be disappointed in a way. Where is the saying that I just hope no more client/patron would ever feel the same way.
MMaria KrizzaVery accommodating staff. We had a wonderful birthday celebration of our mom thanks to them.
Limited choices of breakfast though.
Our hot water is not working. Called them 2x to fix which they attended swiftly but the problem remained unresolved.
SSPAWNSTAR!Itโs a relatively new property so everything is quite clean. The rooms are comfy and the staff friendly. The location is nice and quiet and having the jeepney station right outside is a plus. We would consider returning.
VVacation_CouplesPros: cleanliness
Cons:
1) receptionist did not inform us that there is an upgrade fee of our room. I was asking for an available room that has a matrimonial bed โcause we have booked a room with 2 separate queen bed. The lady receptionist on duty told us there is an available room but did not inform us of the charges. We just knew of the charges upon checkout which another receptionist insists about the hotel policy for us to pay the fees of P 200 per night. This brought us disappointment for the hotel.
2) room has aircon but inorder to switch it on, we need to pay P 500 per night
3) parking area is on another location where wet soil is formed when there is rain
Rate 5/10 only For an expensive hotel who doesnโt have consideration.
GGuest UserEnjoyed again our stay at The Plaza Lodge. Also stayed here last year for our annual retreat. Generally, services are okay including the lobby, cafe, room, bfast buffet and their value-for-money shuttle service.
However, the bathroom area (of room 611) needs to be fixed since water is accumulating on the floor and this is a potential hazard and cause of accident because of stagnant water on the floor. Mgt shd fix this right away.
Thanks.
GGuest UserI thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
