When we arrived at Male Airport, Coracora's colleagues would take us to Seaplane to check in, and then we would go to Seaplane's lounge to rest and wait for boarding.
(Seaplane needs to pay for it at your own expense and email coracora to arrange it).
Seaplane takes about 1 hour to Coracora. Upon arrival, we will receive a welcome drink and a butler will take us to visit the island facilities.
The island is very small but well-equipped. The most recommended is the restaurant on the island. You can order all the food on the menu (all inclusive packages in some resorts limit you to order 3-4 dishes), which is not enough. You can also order grab and go to bring food back to your room at no additional charge. There is also a Coffee bar and a Drink bar where you can order drinks at any time.
The snorkeling reef is ok for novices, but not bad. Snorkeling equipment is provided free of charge on the island, but be sure to check whether it is damaged before borrowing it, because if it is damaged, you will be charged a hefty fee (I fell into the trap T^T).
But overall, I would recommend this resort and it is very cost-effective.
my wife and I had a perfect honeymoon at You&Me. our host, Nittu, was fantastic with us throughout our stay and was always very attentive and helpful so that we lacked nothing and we had the best of experiences. The food in any of the restaurants is also fantastic and has a huge variety. The experience at the H2O restaurant (underwater) is exceptional but don't have high expectations about the food, it has to improve a lot, it has a very low quality compared to the place/restaurant. In conclusion, don't waste a lot of time looking and comparing different resorts for your honeymoon, at You&Me you will find the perfect place. thank you so much for everything
Joali was absolutely amazing, our host, Najah, was exceptional!! Highly recommend this resort as well as him. Trip of a lifetime at one of the Top spots in the Maldives ! The breakfast buffet was exceptional as was the variety of dinner choices. We even loved the float plane from Mali. I would highly recommend 3-5 days in Dubai first and then on to the Maldives for at least 4 nights. Food , weather, service all wonderful. The bike rides were also very enjoyable!

The hotel has very good food options and all are very well made. The staffs are very attentive and friendly, always coming to chat with us and giving advice on activities and history of Maldives. I’m The hotel offers good variety of water sports so that we won’t get bored. The sand is fine on the beach and the water quality is very suitable for snorkelling. We can easily find lots of fish by swimming a hundred meters from the shore. We tried SPAs, table tennis, snooker, gym facilities. We joined scuba diving, fishing and they were all very well organised.
The only shortfall is the pest problem. Lots of mosquitoes caused serious problems at the beginning. The staff should have warned guests seriously about this so that we can get prepared (closing doors and apply repellant) otherwise you will get really bad bites by various bugs. We stayed at beach villa and every night it’s like a battle of all kinds of bugs - gigantic cockroaches, snails, worms, caterpillars, flies, lizards, spiders, red ants and sand bugs. I even found one flying ant in bed one night. This really ******* me during the entire trip.
We chose Emerald Faarufushi Resort as the destination for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be an absolute dream come true. Our 4-night stay at the Beach Villa with Pool, coupled with the exceptional service of every staffs, as well as our wonderful host, Kunal, made our honeymoon an experience beyond compare.
As we stepped onto the pristine shores of the resort, we were instantly captivated by the ethereal beauty of our Villa. The villa, adorned with luxurious amenities, seamlessly combined modern comforts with the natural allure of the Maldives. The private pool, surrounded by lush greenery and mere steps away from the sparkling ocean, offered us moments of intimacy and tranquility.
Throughout our stay, Kunal, our gracious host, deserves special commendation for making our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made us feel at home. Kunal's attention to detail was impeccable, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our honeymoon was flawless. Kunal made us feel like royalty, and we are immensely grateful for his genuine and personalized service.
The Resort also offers a plethora of activities and excursions, and we took full advantage of the water sports and snorkeling opportunities to explore the breathtaking coral reefs and encounter exotic marine species. Each adventure was expertly organized by the resort, ensuring our safety and enjoyment at all times.
The culinary experiences at Emerald Faarufushi Resort were simply sensational. The resort's restaurants and bars offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with the finest ingredients and presented with artistic flair.
Beyond the exquisite dining experiences, the resort's attention to sustainability and environmental conservation added an extra layer of significance to our stay.
Overall, this is heaven of heavens that I cannot recommend enough.
My husband and I returned from our 8 day honeymoon at Ifuru and where to even begin - it was more magical than we ever expecting! We were greeted at Male airport by an Ifuru rep (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) who was very friendly and told us how our transfer would proceed. We had a domestic flight booked and had to wait around 3 hours but he took us and our suitcases over to the food court lounge across the road and came to collect us once it was time to check-in for our internal flight - which took around 40 mins with one stopover at another resort beforehand. On arrival, we were greeted by our Ifuru buddy, Ifaa, and our FRAM representative, Chiara, who were both great throughout our entire stay. We had a WhatsApp group with them both which we spoke on daily to organise any activities that we wanted to do and any items we wanted in the room. We’ve never stayed in a hotel which has this level of service to guests before and this really blew us away! As we were travelling for our honeymoon, Ifaa and Chiara ensured that we had all of our honeymoon package activities included and arranged the timing for our spa treatment. (To qualify for the honeymoon package you must be staying a minimum of 7 nights and have proof of your wedding certificate in the past 6 months). The main restaurant is the Social House where we ate every breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also ‘Waterfront’ and ‘Palm Grill’ but these restaurants weren’t included in our all inclusive package and we were satisfied with the options already at the Social House. In the whole 8 days, we never ate the same meal twice - there was such a variety of foods and themed evenings each night. All of the staff were attentive and friendly and often remembered our room number and drink orders. We were served often by Diva who always greeted us with a huge smile & was so friendly - thanks Diva for always making us laugh! In the day we mostly stayed near the pool and Hubba Bubba bar where we were served by Kuva who is incredible! Always remembered our drink orders, made suggestions on drinks he knew we would like and always had a joke up his sleeve for us. After dinner, we always headed back to Hubba Bubba where we would sit at the bar and would be served directly by 2 of the friendliest barman- Rudy & Yuda! What an asset these two are to Ifuru. Every night we were given a surprise cocktail, again based on what they knew we liked. They worked so incredibly hard each night whilst always smiling! A note for management - please supply a fan for the bar staff! It often gets hot near the bar area as the fans don’t reach this area and the bar staff deserve to have some cooling air on them whilst working hard 😊 We really enjoyed the wellness and spa options available at Ifuru. In our 8 days we managed to fit in - 3 yoga sessions, 2 gym sessions, 3 massages, 1 ice bath, 1 sound healing and 1 reiki healing. The staff running the spa & general wellness were exceptional. All extremely friendly
The hotel is new and very well decorated. Hotel food is also very diverse. The hotel will arrange a speedboat to connect domestic small planes to and from Male Airport, which can take about 40 people. Connections are handled by someone. The island's variety of wines is equipped with many options, suitable for young people. recommend
The trip and stay in Reethi Faru will remain unforgettable in our memories. There was nothing to complain about. We only booked breakfast, which turned out to be right for us. So we were able to eat in one of the restaurants on the island every evening. With full board or all inclusive, dinner would only have been possible in the main restaurant (buffet), or in one of the other restaurants only for an additional charge. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned properly. Coffee, tea and water are refilled daily in the room free of charge. Room service twice a day, which we didn't use because we put ”do not disturb” on the door after the morning cleaning. The staff are without exception courteous and helpful. We also spent a lot of time in the diving center (we got certified). The management of the diving center is under Swiss management and it is precisely this Swiss quality of reliability that is demonstrated.
It was an amazing vacation! More than a month has passed, but bright and warm memories still keep me warm. Check in was quick and with a big surprise! Instead of a beach villa I was offered a water villa. At first I doubted, but then I was very grateful for such a gift. If your goal is privacy, then a water villa is what you need. Main advantages: 1. You will really have privacy. 2. The sun terrace with their own private space to relax with direct access to the lagoon. Two steps and the whole water world is under your feet. 3. Free access to a la carte restaurants (Dinner in an Italian restaurant right on the sand by torchlight with prosecco and tiramisu. It's a delight!). And so it is possible to enumerate ad infinitum. The island is very beautiful and full of green and flowers. When you walk along the beach or along the paths, you get the feeling that you are in two parallel worlds. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and ready to help you with any questions. If you are relaxing alone, believe me, you will not be bored😊. If someone thinks that the Maldives is just a beach and snorkeling, then he or she is greatly mistaken. The recreation program is so varied that you can dance incendiary at the party, and watch the national Maldivian dances and spend a wonderful evening in the bar enjoying live music. And finally, my vacation would not have been so complete if I had not taken the risk of going to private yoga classes. This is worth it! For a person inexperienced with yoga and meditative practices, this was a revelation! In just a couple of classes, thanks to Aditi, you begin to feel your body and your mind is filled with calmness and clarity. I highly recommend individual classes to everyone, especially when they take place on the sea edge with a sunset view😊 Thanks to all management of the hotel for the high level of service and the feeling that the guest is the most important here!
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Amari Raaya. Everyone went above and beyond to provide the most superb service. Upon arrival, the representative Zaha already waited for us at the jetty while we were approaching. Her proactive approach truly made a positive impression by assisting us with seaplane transfer and even contacting our next hotel for a smooth transition on the way back. The entire team at Amari did everything to create a memorable stay for us, from Buggy service Nalaka who could remember our names to Housekeeping Saain who made the room twice a day as well as did an amazing job on the bed decoration for my parents anniversary; from All Day Dining restaurant Mr.Himanshu and Mr. Haleem and their team to Ampers&nd’s Egptian staff who showed outstanding hospitality and attentive care.
The environment is extremely beautiful. We could even snorkel near our water villa. Food has a great variety especially a good combination of Asian cuisine and international gourmet food. We feel that the value received is on par with what we anticipated. Front Office Mr. Ali and his team’s dedication in ensuring our satisfaction is evident in each interaction, making us feel like valued guests and part of the community. Any enquiry is dealt with in a timely manner. I’d also love to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr Haleem, Mr. Himanshu, Julius, Adi from all day dining; Nalaka, Sajid, Thooif, and everyone from Buggy service for providing such convenient transportation which has made getting around so much easier under the sun; Amir, Kero from Ampers&nd Sunset Bar who are so genuinely kind and friendly; Our island host Achala who made reservations for us to ensure a hassle free vacation; and many other staff’s names we can’t recall.
Our experience at Amari surpassed our expectations thanks to its exemplary cleanliness, upscale decoration, and most importantly, outstanding hospitality. It was really touching to see everyone came to the seaplane platform and said goodbye. We highly recommend guests seeking a luxurious with attention to detail to consider Amari Raaya.
