Find the Cheap Triel-sur-Seine Hotels

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel almeno 7 volte negli ultimi anni, poi, causa Covid, per 3 anni non ci siamo più andati, sino ad oggi, 29 luglio 2022. Se prima era un piacere soggiornarvi, ora è un disastro. La struttura è sporca, polvere, ragnatele, insetti, addirittura mutande dell'ospite precedente. Wc rotto, maniglia del bagno rotta, asta tapparelle rotta, spazzola wc e asciugamani x doccia assenti, lenzuola macchiate. Pagato 75 euro a testa senza colazione e oltre a trovare questo schifo, il ristorante era chiuso, il personale svogliato, i tavoli all'esterno sporchi. Insomma, una vera delusione, uno schifo unico, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

We had 2 nights at the Sturgeon with my mother and brother. We had booked 1 double room and 1 single room. The hotel is very well placed to visit Poissy and close to the station and the RER. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean and we had the view of the Seine was beautiful. Breakfast was very varied and quality. The restaurant was very good and very well presented.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel samedi 8 juillet 2023. Jamais il ne m'est arrivé ce type de choses en Europe 17:45 : Check-in, tout se passe bien. Nous prenons possession de la chambre puis sortons. 21:00 : Après avoir dîné à l’extérieur nous rentrons à l’hôtel et nous croisons une personne qui cherche à rentrer dans l’ascenseur alors que nous en sortons, m’agresse verbalement et disparaît sans plus d’explication. Nous rentrons dans notre chambre (218) 22:45 : De l’eau commence à tomber depuis le plafond de la salle de bain. Je téléphone, personne ne répond. Je descends à la réception et je trouve deux personnes derrière le desk de la réception en train de s’invectiver dont la personne de l’ascenseur. Vu la conversation j’en déduis que la personne de l’ascenseur est employée de l’hôtel. Je fais part de mon problème au monsieur qui n’est pas surpris (visiblement le problème est récurrent) et essaye de me trouver une autre chambre. Pendant ce temps là l’autre personne monte et cherche à rentrer dans la chambre de manière très agitée alors que mon ami est encore dans la chambre. Elle prétexte un contrôle. Elle redescends et me hurle dessus (je suis à la réception) en me disant que je lui donne des ordres (ses propos n’ont aucun sens ...). 23:00 : Je remonte pour changer de chambre. Nous passons en 224 dont soit dit en passant la climatisation ne marche pas … (il a fait 35 durant la journée). Tant pis, nous n’irons pas à la réception vu l'ambiance … Le téléphone de la chambre sonne, je décroche : personne au bout du fil. Nous nous couchons. La personne revient dans notre couloir, donne de grands coups sur une porte, et hurle ! 23:30 : Nous sommes paniqués, nous appelons un taxi et attendons qu’elle quitte le couloir pour pouvoir descendre par l’escalier. 23:45 : Check out : nous remettons les cartes au monsieur à la réception et quittons l’hôtel sans y dormir. En attendant le taxi sur le trottoir nous voyons une patrouille de police débarquer. J'ai envoyé un message au service relations clients d'Accor mais attend une réponse.

We had reserved a family room via booking, children's room on the mezzanine, super nice in the photos, favorable booking reviews for a bonus first... Arrival on site, 9 p.m., no one at reception, a not very friendly security guard, who leaves you waiting outside in the cold with children, telling you that you have to queue to access the reservation screen, A chance for us , only one couple was waiting before us, When entering our reservation number, it was impossible to find us, phew a nearby intercom put us in touch with a very kind Mr. who gave us our room number as well as the code Door . Arrival in the room: clearly not vacuumed, dirty carpets, no baby bed despite my request to the resa (our 17 month old son had to sleep between us, we could not let him sleep on a bed high up on a mezzanine with a barrier that didn't close!) In fact, we were still able to wash the children in the bathtub, which by the way, made us laugh 😅, we tried to turn on the television: no more signal! ! Obviously not connected to the antenna! Several attempts by “playing” with the antenna cable.. but nothing! Too bad, no TV! No problem, we said we were going to plug in the phone but…. Impossible ! Chewing gum sticks in the socket! This morning, despite a not great night, we said to ourselves that a breakfast before our Parisian getaway would be nice… But the reception hall plunged into darkness at 7am…. Ah it only opens at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday….. ok… thank you bye!!! Experience never to be repeated! We strongly advise against this BB hotel!
