The hotel is very good, arranged a large room, the service attitude is very good, mainly just passing by on a business trip, driving tired to find a place to rest, at the border of France and Belgium, next time you will consider staying if you pass by. The hotel pictures are nothing good, look at the blue sky and cloudless!

Super friendly reception and service! Instead of keeping our luggage, we were allowed to check in earlier and also a breakfast was allowed outside the usual times. A beautiful view and only 30 m to the train station for the further trip ...perfect! We're happy to come back.

Je suis client très régulier de la chaîne B&B et ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne au B&B de Tourcoing mais cette fois, très grosse déception : - dès l'ouverture de la chambre, une odeur extrêmement désagréable se fait sentir. Elle provient de la salle de bain et fait penser à de l'urine qui aurait macéré plusieurs heures dans la chaleur. - dans la douche, présence de moisissure très visible dans un angle. - la télé ne répondant pas à la télécommande, j'y regarde de près pour constater que le câble d'alimentation de la télé est totalement débranché et enroulé derrière l'écran et que le câble d'antenne est également débranché. Depuis quand est-ce au client de faire les branchements ? En lisant un avis d'une personne qui a séjourné ici il y a 3 semaines, j'inspecte le lit de plus près : - les vis sensées maintenir la planche qui fait office de sommier ne sont même pas vissées, - des cheveux et poils de précédents occupants sont visibles sur le matelas. Certes le prix de l'établissement est très abordable mais il n'en reste pas moins que l'entretien et l'hygiène ne doivent pas dépendre du tarif.

We spent a night in transit in this hotel at a ten-minute walk from the station. The prices are very low, so it is clear that you do not expect high performances but the minimum is: a functional bathroom in the room, a comfortable bed, clean room. The only bemol is noise because half of the rooms are located on the edge of a very frequent boulevard.

Très suffisant pour un déplacement professionnel, et surtout très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour un autre type de séjour, peut-être trop léger : décoration assez inexistante, juste le strict nécessaire. Je déplore tout de même l'absence d'un café/thé d'accueil avec la bouilloire électrique à disposition dans la chambre (seules deux doses hydroalcooliques vous attendent sur le bureau). Sinon la douche est pratique et une nouvelle fois sans esthétisme particulier. En points très positifs donc : l'emplacement immédiat gare, le calme (les trains ne s'entendent pas beaucoup), la sympathie ++ du personnel notamment au petit déjeuner (agréable de commencer la journée avec des sourires).

Very correct bedroom. a little noise in the morning with PL traffic in the area. in summary very good performance for this price range

A run-down hotel that lacks of essential services and has incompetent and unfriendly staff. Room service did basically not exist. No refill of coffee or tea. Used cups were removed but no new cups were provided. When I asked at reception, I was only told that this is standard as guests are supposed to use their cups for the entire stay. When I pointed out that I didn't have any cups in the room anymore, they didn't have an answer how I should drink my hot beverages. Also, the garbage bin was not emptied. I could continue the list of shortcomings here. I think it's fair to say that this is the worst room service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The reception staff was extremely unfriendly when I complained. As mentioned before, they came up with ridiculous explanations and were not at all helpful, not in any way. The reception staff had communicated with their manager as part of the complaint. But when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is not available to speak to me. What a disappointing response. Well, if you want to have a nice experience in Roubaix, do avoid this run-down hotel at any means. Their service is incredibly bad and certainly not worth the prices they ask for.
