We came for a family trip to Disneyland and this hotel was perfect. Salma on reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and staff offered guidance on getting to Paris for a day trip. Ideal location for visiting the Disney parks with a free shuttle service taking under 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and modern and had a great pool area. If we ever came back for a Disneyland trip we would definitely stay here again.
It's the 3 eme time I go to c is hotel. The other years it was right. But c is the pompons. There's a automatic reception lock that wasn't there the other years. So as usual, I go to the door. Not able to open normal. The host agent comes to see me and tells me that I'll break the door and there is a automatic lock. This day there is wind and rain. So we go to the lock because we had booked two rooms. Nothing works. I'm going back from the host door. I'm hitting to the host agent open me. I'm explaining my problem to him. He answers me you want me to accompany you to explain how it works. Of course I said yes. The hotel is in the rooms and the rooms are in the rooms. The rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in the rooms, the rooms are in I'm returning to the reception reported the problem. It's not possible I have all checked at 14:00. He finally decides to come and he sees the problem well. He explains when at this moment he changes the VMC filters. I tell him you make the household and after handicrafts come to change the filters. C is a sign of property. This answers me that c is my very character to never be happy !!! C is strong in chocolate. We were given a new room so somebody had done these needs and had not pulled the sachet. I didn't say I was from the job. I always go with disinfectant lingeries. So I have cleaned.. I let you judge by yourself.
Stayed here last month as a base to go to Disneyland. The area was great with a supermarket, Lidl, restaurants and McDonald’s within walking distance. 15 minute drive to Disney so perfect. Only rating low as the hotel was slightly on the dirty side. Fag butts everywhere, people arguing outside, key card stopped working 2 out of our 3 nights and we had to call the helpline after hours where a elderly chap would appear after 15 minutes to let us in (very nice guy though) the skirting boards where ripping off the walls in our room. Staff in reception were very friendly though. Nice staff, cheap rates, great location just dirty rooms. Plus we also put on our door not to have cleaners in but our beds were made every day.
To be honest, given the ratings we'd seen, we were a little disappointed. The room was clean, if very basic, and the receptionist was pleasant enough. However, the location was quite noisy, the walls were thin and the neighbours plumbing noisy. The bathroom tap was loose and there was no plug in the basin. And this is not a hotel, it is a motel. The price was OK but, for a few euros more, I'm sure there's be better choices. On the plus side, there was ample free parking, the wi-fi was good and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance.
