The Originals City, Hôtel Marne-la-Vallée Est, Meaux

We slept one night in this hotel which seemed fine to us on booking. Arrival in front of a disaster a filthy hotel there are no other words. Dirty entrance, dirty tiles, home of the landlady and her family in pajamas. We had the impression of staying with the locals and again…. The rooms do not talk about it, the photos will speak for themselves … really passed your way!

We had planned a 2 day trip to Disneyland and since the Disneyland hotels were far from what we are willing to pay, we found this hotel after a short search. The hotel is located about 25 minutes from Disneyland Paris and is easy to get to. It's in a small industrial area and close to the train station (if you plan to travel by public transport, that's of course a big plus) The hotel is clean, the rooms are well equipped and look very nice. The woman at the front desk is exceptionally courteous and nice. The breakfast was also very good for €8.50. Not a huge buffet, of course, but it's correspondingly good. All in all a great stay. Price performance for us a 10/10 Hotel staff 10/10 Rooms 9.5/10 (Due to Chromecasts not working, which is actually irrelevant) Directions: Good Location: Good Free parking

J’ai voulu réserver une chambre via smartbox ayant reçu un coffret, pas de disponibilité via le site Smartbox mais il y en a sur leur site. On s’est permis de les contacter. Numéro qui ne sonne pas, on s’est donc permis de contacter le numéro dédié quand le fixe ne fonctionne pas et au plus grand étonnement nous avons été très mal reçu par téléphone. La personne se permet de nous dire qu’elle est mal payé par le site smartbox donc elle met que des disponibilités le week end, ce qui après vérification est faux. Franchement elle se dit commerçante mais clairement vaut mieux fuir pour un tel service ! Clairement on devrait la plaindre car elle fait « 70heures semaines » et que c’est notre faute si nous choisissons des dates en semaine alors que nous travaillons le week-end. Pour le côté politesse on repassera aussi car nous traiter de la sorte car nous avons reçu un cadeau smartobox merci ! Si ça ne vous convient pas arrêtez de travailler avec eux ça serai mieux pour tout le monde !

Lit inconfortable, et un personne à l accueil qui tousse beaucoup et sur les croissants et pains au chocolat du matin elle devrait mettre un masque

Excellent hôtel. Good service. Nous avons passé de bons moments et apaisants. Merci au personnel. La chambre est très spacieuse et le lit est confortable. Les produits de qualité au petit déjeuner. Hâte de revenir...
