Une réservation payée 3 semaines avant notre arrivée et une confirmation téléphonique le veille de notre venue et malgré une réponse positive à toutes nos demandes, à notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à tout l'inverse. Code de la chambre reçu par mail : pratique vu l'heure d'ouverture de l'accueil. À notre arrivée dans le hall de l'hôtel, nous avons fait la méchante rencontre avec un individu très alcoolisé qui cherchait à rentrer dans les chambres du R de CH à l'aide d'un briquet. Et l'arrivée d'une autre cliente de l'hôtel n'a rien arrangé, il s'en est pris à nous alors que nous discutions dans le hall. Il nous a insulté et a continué avec son briquet aux portes des chambres. Mon mari a appelé la police car après un appel à la direction de l'hôtel, il n'y a eu aucune réaction rapide malgré la dangerosité du moment. Nous étions 3 adultes dans le hall de l'accueil à nous demander ce qui aurait pu se passer si nous n'étions pas arrivés : Un Feu à L'Hôtel ? La police est venue très rapidement et a emmené cet individu. Par contre, nous n'avons eu aucun REMERCIEMENT !! de la part de la direction. Nous sommes descendus une fois dans cet hôtel mais il n'y aura pas de 2ème fois ! Dur pour dormir, du bruit dans les couloirs, les femmes de chambre : les portes qui claquent etc ...WIFI : très faible débit !!! Un séjour très décevant. Pour nous les B AND B c'est bien fini !!!

Best Hotel I could find to go to the D-Day 80 events in Normandy. The hotel was ok as a place to stay, but you have to pay extra to get a room with en suite bathroom. Rooms are clean and have TV, so had no problem staying there. My only complaint was there was no lift and my room was on 2nd floor and I have arthritis in my legs. There was only 2 restaurant nearby so I had to plan to eat before I got back for the evening. But it was ok and apart from no lift have no other complaints.

We were a group of friends and we arrived at the hotel completely swept - we, but also all our stuff in our bags - after a day of walking. The rooms were very clean and with a large bed. The breakfast (with a camembert sauce we eat) and breakfast were generous and the service was always pleasant. Thank you all the staff.

This hotel is was an absolute catastrophe! After check-in we went to our allocated hotel room only to discover a horrible smell and in general just a disgusting room; the bedsheet was covered with stains, a horrible smell (this was not only in the hotel room) and mold in the bedroom and toilet area. We had paid for 3 nights and 6 times breakfast, and according to *********** app if was possible to cancel the booking before 18:00. We went down to the receptionist (at 17:30) after we had stayed for around 30 minutes in the room and said, that we wanted a refund due to the room being disgusting and looking nothing like the pictures. The receptionist told us to use the refund button in the app so they could refund us, but as soon as we pushed the refund button, we (apparently) disappeared from their system and a refund was no longer possible. Then we contacted the manager at the hotel. According to the manager a refund of any sort was NOT possible. Since the manager only knew French and was not willing to help with our situation at all we contacted ***********. Nearly a month after the incident we were refunded for 2 nights and 6 times breakfast, leaving us paying around 100 euros for staying 30 minutes in the hotel room AND according to *********** the hotel had charge an extra amount (around 50 euro) more than they should. However, this we can not verify ourselves due to the hotel being unable to print our receipt. For obvious reasons we did request a receipt but that was NOT possible. Anyhow, several weeks later and after spending numerous hours on the telephone we were compensated for about 70% of the charged amount.

On the edges of the main road to Le Havre (less than 5 minutes by car), modern motel, spacious and clean rooms (for the hotel category). Excellent price. Cute service, parking available. Recommended

The room we had was not really terrible: a maximum of furniture in a minimum of space to say there is a desk, but the room was very good. The board is ... but it is impossible to turn the bed. This may explain the low level of cleanliness ... Sleeps on the moquette and chairs, a bit of bread and I pass. The kitchenette has not been changed since the last century! The shower door does not pass properly (it would deserve to be seriously re-established before it is no longer possible to use). The bathroom is dressed with hair and hair, the toilet bath in a orange juice, not very hygienic all this but we apply the health instructions well !!! Thankfully the staff is pleasant, welcome and smile ! Despite this only positive point, we are not ready to put our feet back on it.

In general the hotel is really good value for money. The room was clean and beautiful. The location is a bit far from the port and famous restaurants, but there are many restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel.
