Very good in all aspects

Always looking for a nice hotel in a nice town close to the airport. About 30 minute easy drive. Hotel is in a quiet part of town, @2 minute walk to the market square. Free hotel parking lot behind the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had 2 huge baywindows with a view of the church tower. A sofa and minibar. Excellent breakfast. Professional, helpful staff. Great sculptures pop up all over town. 5 conveniently located test sites in town for Covid testing which is very helpful on the last day of travel. Lots of shopping if it's your first day or for those last minute gifts you might have forgotten.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. Arrival and check-in were designed smoothly, parking right in front of the hotel, small beer garden in the hotel area in front of the entrance area. The first surprise occurs after the entrance of the room, you feel a little backward in the time. Rooms very small, the bathroom as well, from the impression you feel backward into the last decade. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. We had team building event and stayed at Rhein Hotel in Nierstein, it was like being at home with your favourite family members. Nice, clean rooms, great breakfast, fantastic lunch and everyone was so nice and friendly. This is such a cosy place, which you can rarely find nowdays. Located directly on Rhein, the place is full of historic buildings, small restaurants and great nature. The whole team just loved the hotel, thank you for wonderful experience and hospitality!

Worst hotel I ever stayed at! Where to start! First of all you are getting to the hotel that looks like nothing like the pictures online. The hotel is old and outdated, and there was mould in the corner of our room. In morning (Saturday) at 7am, the cleaning lady was screaming outside our room, which meant we were kept awake. Even Though the rooms is non smoking rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. However when telling the staff about the smell, they were extremely rude. They even suspected us of being ones smoking. The breakfast was also extremely bad, and consisted of dry bread and canned fruits. At check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in our stay. This resulted in 30 min discussion with the very unpleasant receptionist, who was so arrogant and so rude about the whole thing. Sure to say, I will never stay at this hotel again! If I could I would give this hotel 0 stars!
