The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the rooms are spacious with hidden ridges and a sympathetic decor. According to the images that are on the Internet, we were disappointed to book this hotel, because the images were very attractive for the first time. When we were there without Navi, we would never have found it because there was no hotel check-in to the building (!!), we were quickly very disappointed. There were enough parking facilities, However, these were also used by small Romanian/Bulgarian transporters that apparently NOT have stayed in the hotel itself ... A huge problem is the immediate proximity to A8... We could get from our room the pre-existing Cars count, which resulted in it was crazy and intolerable noise ... In the summer in a unconditioned room it would have become too sticky without open/kipped windows, thus it was hardly thinking of sleep ... !! Also for the price of 59,-€/night you wish a relaxing sleep... !! We haven't booked breakfast, so nothing can be said about it. A car station is located in a walking distance, which means additional truck traffic, as well as a McDonald's with very unfriendly staff, a Burger King and a small Italian restaurant. Also in a short distance: a Aldi, NETTO and a Asian restaurant.

We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection. Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped. The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out. A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice. The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected. The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago. However, a comparison was worth it.

Because of a relatively short-term training course, I was looking for a cheap hotel in Augsburg. The B&B was a good choice. The location is great. The bus stop is right outside the door and so is the zoo and botanical garden. There are enough parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was a double room for single use with air conditioning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by the smell of aftershave. A previous visitor had probably accidentally spread it on the floor. The bathroom smelled of smoke, especially if you left the ventilation on for a little longer. The bed was comfortable and you could sleep well. Unfortunately, the tram is so loud that you'd think there was a thunderstorm at regular intervals. But with earplugs you can sleep well. The breakfast was OK. Unfortunately, there was a lot of packaging and therefore a lot of rubbish. I wouldn't come again unless there was nothing else.
