The room was good. Good space and nice bed but the service was disaster!!! The bathtub was so dangerous, when I took a shower, water came all over the place and I tried to dry the floor with 4 towels!!! There was not any soap and shower gel that I washed myself with the remaining of hand soap. The reception was closed past 8:30 and therefore I couldn’t get any service! The breakfast quality was poor and not much was available to eat. Waste of money chosing this hotel….!🤨

This friendly, well-staffed and spotlessly clean hotel is very well located. We were on the top floor and had a large room with all that was needed: fridge, hot water shower/bath tub, comfortable beds and the all-important air-con as the temperatures reached 34° in the hot July sun. A very good and hearty breakfast, cheerful waiting staff (esp. Justin) and excellent reception area. The parking costs 10.50€ for 24 hours in the underground car park next door (40 metres) and breakfast starts a little before 6.30am. The hotel is really all one could want for a short city break only 15 mins from the railway station and close to good restaurants and shops. Keep up the good work!

This old convent is located almost opposite the train station and is excellent choice for those arriving by public transport (less when you come by car). It is an old convent and the rooms are quite strangely divided over floors and courtyards. The rooms have all the basics and are spacious enough. As is the bed, though I only got a single sheet which was also rather small and warm. The shower is hot and the lights are okay. You need those as the windows in my room were not all too large. The hotel decoration is plain and simple. Staff is okay though they may get some hospitality-update training. Breakfast is okay, though not surprising, with sufficient choices for people with allergenic reactions. In fact this is a decent hotel to further explore Augsburg and to not spend too much time in your room.

GGuest UserAfter my booked hotel had cancelled me 5 minutes before check-in, I spontaneously booked the ANA LIVING, and - I was totally excited! A very wonderful apartment! Beautiful in the old town. quiet, in a very old house where everything is wrong, medicine and character. Extraordinary tasty furnished, not only in the apartment, but also in the public areas. The apartment itself - large, comfortable, comfortable bed, beautiful division and very well equipped; and everything that should miss in the kitchen is found in a living room-like room in 2.Stock, where you can stick, pans, cups, Glasses, etc. can be taken without having to enter any lists. Very sympathetic! Little but beautiful bathroom with good shower and in a public area washing machine and dryer. And also the service was excellent. Since I was already in the city and near, I was given the house door code so that I could escape the rain until my booking was sent. And also the check-in was completely smooth. Good description, 2 room cards. If you want to make up at a high level: the tables and lamps on the bed were a little dust, and I missed a better make-up light in the bathroom, as well as a little more cover light in the room. The washing machine was defect, but for a day I didn't find it so serious. WALN could be a little stabler and faster, which is probably not possible due to the old wall ... In this beautiful apartment (1.Stock) with a particularly nice atmosphere I would like to stay longer ;)

LLuigia DI was in this building for two nights, 25 and 26 April 2019 with two other families with children. Nothing to say on the room: wide, with a double bed and a very solid castle bed, soft and comfortable mattresses, clean clothes, very comfortable bathroom with big shower, small helpful kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning, and round tables with two seats. We enjoyed the great common kitchen made available to guests. We noticed a little incursion in the cassettes, probably due to the miseducation of some guests. The kitchen has allowed us to spend a pleasant evening in our company, cooking a simple Italian ”pasta” so I would say good structure, even if viewed from outside I must admit that it is not very attractive. A friendly staff. To be advised for families anyway
